Hello, my name is Terrance Haynes and I am an unsatisfied customer. I purchased a Silhouette Cameo 3 stencil machine about four mouths ago with a warranty at Hobby Lobby in Hermitage TN. It took me two mouths to learn how to use it. Because thereās no instructions that came with the product. I have to look up to work the product on You Tube. The purpose for the Silhouette Cameo 3 is that I needed it to make stencils for my airbrushing. I learned how to use the Silhouette Cameo 3 machine and the Silhouette Cameo 4 program threw a You Tube site name The Rhinestone World. The Rhinestone World helped me out a lot. They also, let me call and talk to them for instructions on how to use the machine and program. Like, Silhouette Cameo 3 support people should do. I started cutting stencils out and then my Silhouette Cameo 4 program would not recognize my Silhouette Cameo 3 machine. So I contacted The Rhinestone World tech support one more time buy phone. They told me I need to download the firmware update and The Rhinestone World tech support talked me threw it. Then Silhouette Cameo 3 update firmware got down to the last part of the downloading. The firmware would not load to the Silhouette Cameo 3 machine. They told me to contact Silhouette Cameo 3, because they said it their problem. Silhouette Cameo 3 tech support did not and would not help me with video or tech support. The tech support had two phone numbers that automotive answer service that only lead me to a Silhouette Cameo chat site. The Silhouette Cameo chat site would take an hour to 2 hours to answer me back, unexcitable. They would email me a download program that did not work, and would not stay on the chat line to see if the download worked, unexcitable. Even if I asked them to stay on line until it works. Silhouette Cameo 3 chat site would not, unexcitable. I think Silhouette Cameo 3 has the worst tech support I ever encountered. All I want is my Silhouette Cameo 3 to be fixed and work with no problems. Or replace it with a Silhouette Cameo 3 machine that does work. Because, I did buy the warranty for it at the Hobby Lobby arts and craft store in Hermitage TN. Which they also refused to honor the warranty on their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWas having trouble leaving a review on the actual website itself, but the employee, Will, in the framing department is by far an exemplary representation of how customer service should be. He was very kind and courteous, and had my best interest in mind. I went into it thinking that maybe a basic black frame was something that I wanted, but he chose something that helped complemented the art that I was wanting to have framed, which I think overall added to the beauty of my painting. Will also told me some of his backstory and how he got into framing, and it was very interesting! It was almost as if I was talking to a friend, and not an employee. He was very personable, and made me feel extremely welcome there, even shook my hand. I really appreciate employees like this and I think that they are the backbone of any company, whether small or large. I personally think that this location should give him a raise until his retirement next year, because I believe that he deserves it and I'm sure others would agree with me if they've met him and spoken with him. I hope that this review stands out, and that he is made known of how much of a great impression he has left on an individual with less than 30 minutes of personal interaction. I will definitely be returning to this location anytime that I need any Custom Framing done, can I say that majorly plays a part in how Will represents the company. Thank you very much Will! I hope that this review reaches you in some way that is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been to few stores with so many employees surrounding me (about 12) and not one asked if they could help me - even after I intentionally made eye contact with 8 of them while standing at the picture framing help counter for way longer than any customer should. Everyone was busy - stocking shelves mostly - but they did their level best to ignore me - a 50 year old man in a 3 piece suit who wanted to spend around $300 having two certificates framed. I bought 2 generic frames for $30 bucks total and left. I will not go back. Why? Because the cashier (Sara B?) asked if I found everything I needed. I answered, "except for service". Instead of attempting to help rectify the situation, she instead made excuses for the employees who would not help me - acting as if the situation was MY fault. She did not even apologize for the treatment. In fairness, she was not rude, nor disrespectful. Just incredibly unwilling to be helpful - just like her fellow employees. My wife quit going to this store because of similar experiences. I will join her in avoiding the place...
