4-stars, overall the experience is great. The setback is due to a couple reasons that I will get to later in this review. First, the facility is definitely kept clean, and is well staffed. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. From entry to exit the staff are attentive. All the equipment was working and in good condition. The setbacks are due to a few factors. The parking lot is typically congested and finding a close parking spot can be challenging. The headcount on Saturday was really high, but it was a rainy day, too. That could be why it was so busy. When my oldest and middle child went to do the climbing course I asked to enter the arena so that I can help them and get photos. The young man told me I couldn't enter the arena since I didn't have their sox on. I looked at the staff in the arena and they were both wearing standard shoes. I said "Well, you're wearing shoes though, and I'm not climbing. I'm just going to help my kids and take photos." The young man chuckled and said "The last time I let someone in here with shoes on I got in trouble." So, there is an apparent gap with his understand or in the managements ability to consider abstract thought. The principle of the sox makes sense for those partaking in the activities, but for strictly spectating your kids. The same principle that applies to staff footwear should be allowed by parents. The food wasn't too great. The pretzles were cool, which I found odd. The nacho dip and chips weren't great either. The kids loved the pizza though. Additionally, this Urbanair does not have laser tag or video games. Not a big deal, but my oldest had his heart set on laser tag. The location is really great. It is very close to a lot of different restaurants, and a couple of malls. The buffet that is in the same strip as this Urbanair location is amazing. Again, 4-stars and overall I am please. We purchased the membership and it is beyond worth it due to all the benefits. We got the Platinum tier. It is only $16.99 a month. It comes with all rides and activities. It is unlimited entry into the facility. It comes with 1 free slice of pizza & 1 free snack and that's per visit which I find remarkable. If you plan to attend an Urbanair more than 1x a year. You should get this membership, because it pays for itself. Any guests you bring can purchase a day pass for half price, because of you being a member.

Like a typical facility filled with sugar filled children if was full of fun. The price is fairly decent for the Attractions. The only thing I will say is they will have better customer retention if they would allow you to purchase a membership in house instead of only online. Yes you can pay once you get there for just a one day pass. But you don't get a snack you don't get any drinks. It's just a straight up all day pass for everything at 42.00$ , is what I paid. After looking online at the memberships and saw that for about 20 bucks cheaper I could have gotten the membership for the entire month , with a snack and slice of pizza included. Why don't they have one staff member assigned to help people get the membership. Yes you can charge people more right off the bat, but will they come back? Probably, they will just do it online before hand. But customer retention is the focal point there. But I'm no business woman , I'm a mom. The bathrooms were clean and my kids had a blast!

I went here with my family in the summer on a weekday, I think maybe Thursday, and it was not too busy! We had a TON of fun, and we stayed there for hours. The best thing to do in my opinion was the zipline type thing, doge ball, and the bumper cars! You couldn't get bored there was so much to do! The staff was pretty nice at the beginning but got a little grumpy by the end and I understand why though (It was getting close to them being ready to leave their shift I heard them talking about it and they were teenagers, so I get it.) The price was a little steep because our family was a family of 7 at the time, we are fostering now so we are a family of 9 and we talked to the manager person, and he gave us his card and he was talking to my parents about a fostering discount for people who foster and things get expensive, but I can't wait till we go next! We might go in November for my little sister's 13th birthday! I HIGHLY recommend Urban Air in Murfreesboro!

We visited on Sunday 04/21/2024. I have taken my grandchildren here before. But never again!! First they were playing in the ball pit. They went around to go in again. There were two kids in front of them. We waited for litterally six minutes. There was no one in the ball pit. The girl working the entrance was chatting it up with another associate. In frustration, I finally stepped up and asked what has to happen for her to let someone in. She said there had to be no one in the first side of the ball pit. I pointed and said it has been empty for a while. She says "Oh." She lets in the two kids in front of us and pulls the strap to close it off again. I stood there for a couple more minutes while she never looked back at the pit as she continued talking to the young man. I then asked if they could go, as the other kids were gone and she let them in. While on the exit side. The young man working had on glasses that had plastic on top and wire at the bottom, and something wrapped around his head. Let multiple kids in from the exit side, I counted 9. Paid zero attention to what was going on. They were climbing all over inside with no regard to others coming through. We got there at one o'clock. My grandchildren went through the ride that runs across the ceiling at about 1:30. We went back and stood in line and when they got up to go and they put the kids harnesses on. Only to get up in the ride for the girl working the ride to tell them they could only go once, and turned them away. To say the least they were dissapointed. Especially when you pay for "unlimited" play. I had my grandchildren take off their harnesses. We stayed, ate lunch and at 4:00 I told my grandchildren it was time to go. They wanted to do the "ceiling ride" one more time. I told them they could. As I had watched two teenage girls go three times in less than one hour. So surely they would let them ride again at this point. Again, we wait in line. They get harness on, get up top to be told they cannot ride. WHAT!? I ask for the manager, I speak to a young man named John. I explained to him the situation. He said they should be able to ride as many times as they wanted as long as they turn the harness in when finished. Then stand in line again. So he takes my grandchildren up in the ride to the lady that had refused them twice. Of course I was unable to hear the conversation as I was on the floor outside the ride. One of my grandchildren stepped half way down and said the girl was MAD! She said she was cussing and angry! John told the girls to go ahead. When he came back down, I asked him what are the rules. He said when they are busy, the customers are only allowed to go one time during their visit. Well if this is so, why did I see two girls go three different times in the 3.5 hours I was there. And that was only when I saw them. If this is so, why is it not in the rules. Again, it states "unlimited". The lines continued throughout the day to be 8-12 people deep. But they were refused twice. Once in the early afternoon and again at 4:30. I asked my grandchildren what she said. They said she was yelling "This is Bull----" to the manager. Wow!! She should have been fired on the spot. Oh well. They are making a mint in that business, and I seriously...

The place itself isn't too bad. My kids had a good time. It was pretty clean, the bathroom's were nice enough, the equipment wasn't all ratty and worn out. The reason I'm giving them 2 stars is the staff. Jesus Christ, they were some of the most incompetent, apathetic, employees I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Say for example the group of older broccoli hair kids shoving each other on the trampolines while near the little kids, rather than say something to the broccoli kids, this employee just kinda shrugged and walked off to another area to mac on another employee. As a parent of one of aforementioned younger kids I personally felt like he should have broken up the older pushy kids before going to try and get his wick wet but thats just me. The 2 guys working the climbing walls were more worried about flapping their gums than helping the kids get their harnesses properly attached to the safety catch thingies. Even right now, as Im typing this, my wife is wrangling kids and telling them to take turns on the bounce pad, my kids are patiently waiting their turn in line for the area to be clear but other kids just keep piling up in the way while the employee is..... Im not even sure what he is doing. He just walked off. The girl putting on harnesses at the zipline, and the lady working the food register were great, give those girls some raises because they were the only 2 employees that seemed competent or like they even cared. The rest of the bunch might as well have been in some sort of Degrassi after school special. Yeah I know kids are going to be kids, I guess I just expected a little more oversight and supervision by the people who are getting paid to ensure that everyone has as safe a time...
