I am speechless on what I witness , I have gone to several Chuck Cheese, and never have I witnessed a more unsafe place than this location. I watched a grandmother and a crying child possible 5 years of age maybe younger crying because some bigger kids took his card.I felt so bad not only for the child but the grandmother who was calmy trying to resovle the issue unfortunately The parents to the other children who were taking the cards was not only loud but scared multiple children including my mine. Upon asking for the card back, the parents started acting insane I did not realize how low class Murfreesboro has become. I heard the children bragged that they had been snatching other children's cards, Any normal parents would have given the cards back and gotten on to their children. But not at this location.I noticed several times this happened with different kids. But the last go round was what made us leave the facility . A dark headed lady, I'm assuming, was the grandmother. The little boy called her nana. Was being cornered by three other pareit's and cursed in front of these two little babies. She also had a child in a stroller that couldn't have been one, maybe two years of age. As we started to leave, I heard the grandmother at the service desk asking to cancel the card. She said she did not want any problems. She just at this point wanted to cancel the card. Not only did the man behind the counter say he was a general manager. He was in no way trying to help the situation, He did not care that it had escalated to the other females being violent Front of all these children. They load. The boy was bawling his eyes out , asking his grandmother to please get his card back. The general manager, a white male kind of heavy set, was extremely rude. He actually suggested she goes and takes the card back from the people. Knowing the chaos this could have caused. I have never witnessed this in my lifetime and being in the military. I can say. I have traveled a lot of such and then in a lot of situations but this is a place you take children to be happy. To have fun and be carefree. In this case, it did not turn into that, in fact, it was the opposite, completely a scare for even us until we were able to leave . How the general manager handled the situation was horrible. My heart goes out to the grandmother as well as the two children that were attacked by these groups of women. There should be some policy to cancel a card once it is stolen from the child. It blew my mind. The general manager said there was nothing he could do, and it's not uncommon for that to happen. Almost acting like the grandmother was scared to go.Approach the women and ask for the card back.We watched her politely ask for the car back.It was clear the women heard their children brag about stealing the card and was not giving it back. Making the comment. What is the grandmother going to do. My heart really goes out to her to watch that baby cry for something she paid for and the staff do absolutely nothing to help the situation Until one of the other women played victim when a different family made the comment ""your kids have been bragging they jack cards while taking laughed about it all day " The geneal manager, along with the parents was way too comfortable with the situation.Clearly that's a regular routine there.Save your money And a piece of mind along with staying safe and staying away from that particular location. Sorry to any patents/grandparents, I'd have been a victim to little kids being raised to take cards. Unfortunately, that must be some kind husell For these parents to bring their kids and play off of other kids is expense. For these parents to bring their kids and play off of other kids/parents expense. I do not make a lot of Google reviews, but I do want to warn parents that your children will be targeted, so play at...
Read moreMy daughter party was pos to be at 5:30 till 7:30 we got there at 5:20 pm and waited till 5:30 and no one came got us for the table that was ours I asked 3 times when we gonna be settled to the table and get our drinks and food and tickets they said oh we’re waiting on your person that supposed to be there for you so I had to bring my sister-in-law in there since she went up there and help me to tell them that we have been sitting there for almost an half an hour, waiting on somebody to show up and help up so my babies could play and my daughter was wanting to see her table and stuff The man that helped us was really nice and sweet but the other staff that was there was really rude very unpleasing. They even rip my babies off of the tickets that they had. I knew they had more tickets and what that woman said they did. Because my son had enough to get about three things and she said when he got that dinosaur that it took all the points no it didn’t. It was too crowded. They should’ve blocked off that whole party thing for at least one or two families that was having their birthdays Hair, and all the other people had to wait the machines on the games, barely even worked with the cards or the wristband. Overall, I think I might have to go to another town that has a Chuck E. Cheese and go back to this one. This one was just too overwhelmed and too overcrowded with a lot of people they need a lot more staff, and what they did. And their pizza was thin and it made my nephew have a upset stomach and not as good. But to the man that help us thank you but all the other people there was rude and not kind.. and she didn’t even get to get into the ticket blaster bc they didn’t tell me that was in the package we got the mega package and btw after paying that much we should’ve got the cake for free we didn’t get one bc they was high as hell and the charge us 5 adult cups almost $9 bucks that’s stupid it should of came In...
Read moreI came here on Monday 7/7/25 and purchased the monthly pass online before arriving. The older woman at the front was very nice and helpful, giving me all the info I needed about the membership and answering any questions I had. The blonde girl running the trampolines was sweet and is so great with the kids. The middle aged man with glasses who I am assuming is the manager is kind of a buzz kill. My almost 2 year old daughter wanted to jump (she’d already been over there 4 times before he took over temporarily) and he was a little uptight about “rules” seeming almost hesitant to let her in, making a remark about she’s supposed to have a wristband and Chuck E. Cheese socks and I pointed out to him that the band was on her ankle and she already had grippy socks on. Then he continues on about how she can’t be on the same trampoline as anyone else it’s against the law blah blah blah like dude, she is LITERALLY the only kid over here trying to jump. The place overall was very clean and well kept, as well as the bathrooms. The machines all worked and when one ran out of printing paper it was refilled quickly. I also liked how they had Chuck E walk around for a minute to say hi/give hugs and high fives to other kids in the place after visiting the birthday party, most other locations always rush him to the back right after the birthday kids which was a very nice change. They also ACTUALLY checked to make sure our stamps match… I can’t tell you how many times I’ve left a Chuck E. Cheese and they don’t make sure the kids belong to me, so thank you for that added sense of safety! The food took a really long time to come out so I recommend ordering as soon as you arrive. The pizza was tasty, the wings were alright - they were very small and very fatty but still tasted good, and the fries were...
