I can actually say I kinda shy away from Buying from places like Used Appliances, but my mom being wheel chair and oxygen dependent,, and as she thinks not believing she will be around long enough for a new appliance to collect dust really didn’t want to purchase a new one, so we came across this place but knew of them long ago, cuz they were just down the street, she purchased a side by side fridge, brought it home in the evening hooked it up it ran for a couple days, and quit, we called Dave and he sent his mechanic down that night , and for no reason started to work, , then it quit again, seemed like it only started when I tapped the controllers, but was unaware they could just replace the controller area, but wound up going down picking out a different fridge and Dave and Curtis came down and exchanged them, my mom is very happy she got a great company to call on if needed! There very friendly and known Curtis for years, so it all worked out!!!...

Save your money and go else where! Seriously such a joke! We paid 700$ for a fridge that we've had for 8 months and it's gone out 5 times already! The first time (still under warranty) they didn't come out until 2 days later and we had to throw away everything! 2 months later it went out again and it was another day until they came out... Had to throw everything away AGAIN! And they never fixed the problem. He had the wrong part and never came back to fix it. Plus tried to charge us for fixing it because it wasn't under warranty... Shouldn't they have fixed it the first time- or at least the second!?!? In 6 months 4 more times... Luckily we have a hair dryer and can temporarily fix it since whenever we call nobody answers. This place is terrible! They're a bunch of crooks! Please don't purchase their low quality, temporarily fixed...

Our dryer went out last Wednesday (4/925). Although they were quick to come out; they had to come several times due to not receiving the correct parts on a one year old dryer (which they took with no compensation to us). Friday night, Anthony said he was coming back with a used dryer that we can buy for 275. We waited for an hour to hear back and when he finally did respond, he had forgotten about his promise to return. Saturday they brought a used dryer that is dirty inside and was the only choice offered. The dryer works but is now making a screeching sound. I have it recorded. Sent it to them with no response today. Update Monday April 21: Anthony texted my husband and said he would be here LAST Wednesday. No call, no text. Dryer is still...
