Bought some full Priced items. Clerk: “Have an email with us?” Me: “I’m not sure. But it’s ok.” Clerk: “give me your email (cuz we love that personal data!) and we give 15% off”… Me: Gives her one of my emails. . .
Clerk: “oh. You’re in here already. So I won’t be able to give you 15%, but it will be easier to return your items!”
Me thinking to myself: “Am I the nut job here? Should I give one of my many other emails just to save $30? What do other lunatics do in my situation?”

I just left again shaking my head that they could be so ridiculous. What retailer can afford to lose sales...

The 2 ladies there (one for sure a store manager) was very rude and condescending and contrastingly kind to caucasian customers there at the same time I was. J Crew, I highly suggest you invest some money in training your Salt Lake City "crew" on what racial equality, diversity acceptance and respect to fellow humans is. You've lost a customer that has the most important color on the planet, GREEN...
