Bought my wife jeans for Christmas and verified it was a gift and since they were all priced the same if the fit and style didn’t work we could exchange them. Went to exchange them after an hour of trying on sizes and styles finally found a pair that worked. Went to check out and they were unwilling to still give us the $20 off for jeans we brought in originally but no longer would honor the sale because the style was different. Same price but a different style and they wouldn’t honor the original discount and wanted 30% more to exchange them. My favorite madewell!! I first started going to this location instead of shopping online because two of the employees, brady and ally, found and returned my shitzu mammy a few months ago. She is 9 years old (66 in human years lolz) and still acts like a puppy! They were so preoccupied with having everything neat to close the store that they did not offer to give me a fitting room despite having multiple pieces in my hand. I wanted to also buy denim but did not understand the sizing. Definitely felt unwelcome. When i started to put the pieces i had back in their spots one of the girls asked me if i liked it.
