I made a purchase of two piggy bops to go and at checkout the contactless payment failed to work three times. I followed the instructions Jordan M. gave me and it still failed. It turns out you need to put your phone directly into the back of the screen in an award way. There is no way for me the patron to know this when all other scanners typically read the phone at a few inches from the screen. He then decides to take my my phone without my permission, held it to the back and when the transaction completed I said, " I think you need a new scanner". Jordan M. responds with, "We don't need a new scanner because when user error". He then insults me and my mother telling me what he said was truthful and the problem is with me. I then asked to speak to a manager and he says he is the manager. This is unacceptable behavior at anytime and it anger me beyond any level. Worse than that, my 70yr old mother should not have been insulted over something so trivial. I don't plan to patronize Cupbob again unless I get some resolution to this matter. His name again, is Jordan M. the manager of Fashion Place location. My advice is to avoid this location until he departs. The food itself is grand but it matters not when the experience is soured by angry staff, and by a manager of all things . How sad. If he had apologized immediately after I would have accepted it and moved on. To the hard working staff that are employed at these jobs, I respect your hard work and bows to...
Read moreThis location is just getting worse and worse. It used to be good - but I haven’t had an order from this location be served correctly in a long time. Most recent experience was that I walked in and stood at the counter for a few minutes before being acknowledged by either worker (made eye contact several times so they knew I was there) the one who finally took my order didn’t ask my any follow up questions about my order, just told me the total so I had no idea if she got the order right, and also didn’t offer me a receipt. After they called my order at the counter I had to correct them to say that one was supposed to be a meal, but I did look at the dishes and they appeared to be correct. Got home to find out that instead of chicken I got tofu - which if you’ve ever had tofu you know that it is literally the furthest thing from chicken in the world. So we couldn’t even eat the meals. And if this was the only bad experience I’ve had here I wouldn’t be griping, but it’s something like this every time we go. I’m going to start going out of my way to a different location just so I don’t have to deal with this...
Read moreYo, one of the best Cupbop Stores, I'm surprised this only has 3 reviews. I've been eating this store the most frequent ever since the grand opening, and also the special event they held. Theme is perfect, Line system is great. Food is always fresh, rice is moist and supple, meat is flavorful, vegetables are fresh, noodles taste like noodles haha. the sauce application is by far perfect, even the newbies exceeded my expectation. One of our guy friend hooks and me and my brother up with some free mandu, also he loaded me up with rice for my shakebop (which you usually don't get a half bowl of rice), i dont know his name, wish i did. My complaints here, is that the dolbop stone pot, you just get a slap of rice, which is half as less than a regular cup. Also for my shake bop occasionally, i get too much sauce, too saucy for me, so i had to drain out some of the sauce or i ask the cupboppers for more rice or meat which they are so nice about. Oh yeah, im sad there's no broccoli, it taste just like the Korean broccoli side dish, but the bean sprouts saved me, taste traditional...
