Karlie is truly worth all five stars. If I could leave six, I would. I have been to many other places in Utah, and she is by far my favorite place to come to for a facial.

Some of the other salons I’ve been to have shared spaces where you get facials next to other clients and it’s really loud or bright or distracting. Some treatment rooms I’ve been in aren’t that noise proof so you can hear through the walls/door when people walk by or talk to people outside the door. Some providers are limited in their massage or are really basic in technique when applying the product on your face.

Karlie is none of those things and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is kind and a great listener if you want to talk, or she will let you sit and relax if you just want to enjoy the treatment with the music. She has a very calming presence. Her space is in a small studio inside a building with other businesses (fyi, Suite 111 inside Indie Studio Salons on 800 N in Orem since it’s hard to tell from the google listing where it is), but I don’t even hear anyone else in the building when I’m there and it’s super quiet and relaxing. The lighting inside her studio is great and is the perfect amount of light (not too dim but not too bright) and the paint colors with her rainbow accent lamp and the spa music just add to the calming, zen ambiance. It also feels very personalized because you are her only client when you are there, and she even writes your name on her welcome board which makes me feel so special each time. She will customize your facial based on your skincare needs, and she tells me what she’s putting in each thing as she prepares it if I am curious. Her technique and massage leave me feeling so calm and pampered every time I go see her, and the massage is just the right amount of pressure for my face and arms. Additionally, her products are all natural and feel really fresh (and I can’t explain it but they feel very pure) on my face afterward.

I swear Karlie’s hands have magic healing powers because I feel better here than anywhere else I’ve gone for a facial. You can also book online on her website or through ClassPass, which is super super convenient.

I can confidently say this was the BEST facial I’ve ever had. My skin feels glowing and rejuvenated, and the overall experience left me feeling totally refreshed and at peace.

I recently had the most wonderful holistic facial with Karlie. From the minute you walk in - the space is so cozy and inviting, it instantly putt me at ease - especially with the cute personalized details! They are all clean and plant based, and it is so wonderful to have found someone in this industry who uses such great ingredients!
