Mad Greek — Restaurant in Millcreek

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I typically don't like to leave negative reviews, but this place was so awful that I have to warn against coming here. When my husband and I came through the drive through, the speaker was in such poor condition that we could not hear the restaurant employee. My husband restated our order twice to ensure that our order was heard and understood. After waiting a very long time for our order, the employee forgot my chicken gyro but closed the window so quickly that we had no time to check our order and tell them it was incorrect. I tried knocking on the window and waiting for over five minutes. No one responded. I finally walked in to the restaurant and told a male employee (I would guess in his early forties) about our dilemma. His response was what put me over the edge. He pulled out an itemized receipt (which we were never given) and informed me that he did not charge me for the chicken gyro and that he wasn't going to "hand out free stuff". How dare he assume that I wanted free food. I was happy to pay for what I ordered but was not going to give him any more of my business after receiving such poor service. At no point did he apologize for his poor service. He instead accused me of trying to take advantage of him. My husband and I used to come here often but we will NEVER come back after today. I will go to Yanni's or Greek City Grill where customers are treated...

This place was so darling! It's small, there aren't restrooms as far as I could tell. But it was adorable inside, and their menu is extensive, so you are guaranteed to find something that fits your appetite. I got the classic gyro with fries, and he got spaghetti with meat sauce. Everything tasted great!

If you're a savory flavor fan, the spaghetti and meatballs may be a bit sweet for you, and we expected more meat from a meat sauce. But the flavors were still great.

My gyro was packed full of meat, which was amazing! They were not stingy on portions! I will say the tzatziki sauce was pretty mild on flavor for my liking, but otherwise, everything was great. It's definitely a cute little place...

The facility was dirty small and had no parking. That's usally OK because it is an express. But once you get inside it looks like an experiment gone wrong. The employees are rude and unable to properly communicate with its patrons and when you can't understand them it's your fault. The food is not that great and realistically an insult to all Greek lovers. Then when you ask them to fix their mistake you get double charged and treated like crap and hung up on. The owner is not much better and will be of no help if you have a problem. To even go so far to tell me not to come back that he has plenty of customers and doesn't need...
