
I've purchased from this Lady twice now. Once in November, and again this last Friday (Mother's day in Mexico). Both times she managed to disappoint. November Ordered a huge arrangement that was suppose to be the centerpiece for a birthday party. I needed by 6pm... called on many occasions through out the night, and even went to pick up from her house... I waited outside for an hour when she finally decided to come out and say it wasn't ready, but she would deliver within the next 30 minutes. She finally decided to deliver around 930pm when 90% of the guests had obviously gone home.
This last friday, I decided to purchase again because her arrangements are truly beautiful. And why not give my mother something beautiful yet edible for Mothers day.... I preordered in advance. I was told to pick up up by 5pm. I showed up at 515pm and was told she was sorry but forgot to make it. I ofcourse am angry because its late, edible arrangements will soon be closed and I essentially have nothing to give my mother.
Although her arrangements are in fact beautiful, she has the worst customer service. She has managed to ruin two special occasions. So No, I do Not...

As advertised when I purchased, it was three roses, however, when I got the roses delivered it was only one rose. I spoke with the floral designer Marbella Ramos On the phone and he told me he would take care of it as long as I sent him a picture. I did send him a picture, however, he would not refund me, even though he admits to the mistake but rather blames it on DoorDash? I’m very confused with today’s business, I paid $46 for 1 rose. I should’ve saved myself the energy and just went to Smith’s. Also, right after I talked to this gentleman, I tried to explain the matter, and they took it down from DoorDash so I can’t even prove it to him or even explain how it’s falsely advertised. The bouquet delivered was not what she ordered and it stated a name and address thats not me or close to my address. I reached out to the company and they didnt care they said reach out to doordash. Keep in mind doorfldash takes what is given to them from the shop. Shop would not take accountability for this situation & once i stated that is there mess up jot doors dashes no reply. ( I had to text as they wouldn't answer there phone thr e 3rd time they text "how can I help you". Doing research thhere reviews are bad on yelp as well.
