I just had one of the kindest experiences that truly touched my heart. Today is my last day of nursing school—a huge milestone that I’ve worked so hard for. After a tough week (I was in a car accident and found out my only brother wouldn’t be attending my graduation), I decided to treat myself to something special. I stopped by 7 Brew in Murray and asked the barista for her recommendation. I told her it was my last day of nursing school and that I was really happy to be done.

She gave me a delicious drink recommendation, and I also ordered a cake muffin top. When I went to pay, she looked at me and said, “It’s on us today.” I was genuinely holding back tears. Her name was Ash, the manager, and her kind gesture meant more to me than she probably knows.

Normally I don't have a problem coming here but this time I didn't even get my order taken and they wasted a chunk of my lunch break so I just left and went to the business next door and got my order taken and drink in half the time and with the same amount of cars. I was in the right lane and both lanes only had one other car ahead of me and I was just patiently waiting, no big deal. The car in the left lane leaves and another car pulls up into the first slot and they take their order, a car pulls up after them in line and the barista grabs a tablet and walks to the person in the left lane behind them I was already there for like 8 minutes and was there way longer than the other car, a little annoying but no big deal. Shortly after, the car in front of me gets their order and leaves so I pull up and no one comes to take my order, the car to my left pulls away and the barista is just chilling with the car on the left, I guess they must have...

I would have to say every time I come through the line the way times are crazy! 10 minutes for two cars including mine? Also the girls are just mean. If there is something wrong with my drink they get upset and don’t offer to remake it. Everytime I come through I get someone else’s order or something by because I’ll order a latte and they give me a black cold brew. I’m a barista myself and I have never ever treated customers the way that they do! The flow is horrible, they never are repeating back orders to make sure that they are correct. And the customer service isn’t it. Like today for example I come in ask for a latte with sugar free flavors, she doesn’t repeat the order back to me and just takes my payment and goes to the next car. I got to the window no one greets me and they had me a dark drink. I taste it and it’s a chocolate milk. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again. I’ve tried over and over to like it but I just seems to be rude...
