TravisMathew — Local services in Murray

As an upcoming pro golfer I have been looking for a brand that fits my stylish needs. Me and my boyfriend have been golfing around some local courses for the past few months and I have been in dire need of some polos that show everyone else on the course not just what a good golfer I am but that I know how to dress well also. TravisMathew has done a great job at supporting me and my fashion goals. However I have been extremely disappointed in the women's attire. I have found over the years that the women's department is a great place to go to outshine everyone else outfits. However TravisMathew is definitely not helping the females strut the fairway. My local TravisMathew store has not one thing in the women's department and that is just not right. TravisMathew was worth the try but it is time for me to move on to bigger and better companies (companies with more selections in the women's department) even though I am not a female I feel that I should show my support to the girls golf world as best as I can #girlsgolftooyouknow Happy...

Travis Mathew is a great brand, of great quality, and great reputation. However, all of that comes second to the absolutely phenomenal customer service that the Murray store has to offer.

I’d already been a customer of Travis Mathew, for quite some time, before my first visit to the Murray store back in 2021. Since then, I come down from Logan (a 90 minute drive) frequently, just to shop at this location.

I have been in sales and customer service for over 15 years. When training my employees, I often use Chik-Fil-A as an example of how customer service is done right in today’s world. But I must say; this store does it better.

I have told dozens of my golfing buddies and employees: “if you want to see great people offering a great product - go to the Fashion Place mall and shop at Travis Mathew.”

Free soda or bottled water? Shuffle board? Ping pong? Arcade? My kids ask to go here just so they can experience it.

It was Christmas Eve and we were grabbing a couple of last minute things when my son saw a boom box at the Travis Mathew store in Fashion Place that he wanted for Christmas. The doors were already closed as it was past closing time, but in a desperate attempt to at least see the boom box, I knocked on the door and asked if I could at least just look at it. Not only did they kindly open the door, but they offered to go in the back to scour out a new boom box for him. The manager and associates went way above and beyond and despite our numerous apologies, they never seemed put out even though I’m certain they were exhausted. They were kind, courteous, and cheerful. The store always has such a positive vibe and you can tell that they work well with each other and their customers love them.
