David’s Bridal Murrieta has been absolutely amazing!

From start to finish, the entire staff was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. I specifically want to thank Marisol, the manager, who was fantastic, and her stylist Madison, who was so patient and supportive throughout the process. She and her team not only helped me find my perfect dress, they also went above and beyond making sure I had it in time for my big day (I may have really procrastinated on getting a dress and pushing the time needed for alterations).

I chose the Murrieta location because of their larger selection, and I’m so glad I did! I had previously visited another David’s Bridal location without much luck, but Murrieta’s store was significantly bigger, nicer, and much more accommodating. I was on the hunt for a black wedding dress—and they made it happen! The team answered all my questions and worked closely with me to help me find the perfect look. They even helped my daughter find a beautiful bridesmaid dress, which meant a lot to both of us.

Once my dress arrived, I used their in-house alterations department, and they were just as fantastic. Martina worked diligently with me on every detail of my alterations and was so patient while I tried on veils and shoes to complete the look. Came here to edit my review. (See previous review below) I am absolutely heart broken and disappointed beyond belief. The shopping experience was wonderful. However, I ordered my dress FOUR MONTHS ago.

They said it would take four months to deliver the dress. I understood, no problem. I had a strange feeling the day before I was supposed to get my dress and called them for an update.

Yeah. Turns out my dress was delayed two weeks and no one was going to contact me to let me know? I took a breath, thanked the girl, who offered to call me back with a tracking number.

No call back.

I called again the following week. I was told it was on schedule to arrive on 7/31. Once again was offered a call back with a tracking number; never got one.

I call the week of 7/31 and this time Marisol the store manager answers. She apologized profusely and calls me every day with updates. Yesterday she calls to tell me UPS doesn’t have my dress and they may have to reorder it. She promised to have it in September/October and rush alterations to have it in time for my wedding in December.

Absolutely. Not.

I had to go and get a refund and will have to resume dress shopping.

This is beyond devastating. I had my dress. It was paid for. And I am writing this heartbroken and beyond upset. Brides, beware.

I am writing this review specifically for Marion (I hope I am spelling that correctly). She has been the absolute best every time I have been in. She is the most helpful, she knows what she is doing, great service, and is amazing in every way. Very professional, very friendly and welcoming. I am thankful for her. She deserves all the stars!!

I will say my 2nd time in, I unfortunately encountered some not so friendly staff members. One of which told me she would keep my dress for me "In the back" while we looked around. Only for my friend to notice she did not put my dress in the back or even anywhere safe. She stuck it on the rack where other bridal parties were shopping and grabbing from. This was a dress I had already purchased and she left it on a rack for others to grab. When I noticed and went to grab it, I also saw that she had it hanging by one strap (potentially tearing the strap due to the weight of the rest of the dress). She saw my friend and I fixing it and grabbing it back and we heard her making comments to another staff member about us. At another point during my visit I heard her doing this again towards other customers. She was rude, and unprofessional and frankly had it not been for other staff who were lovely (like Marion) I never would've stayed or gone back to this store.
