Lashes + Beauty — Local services in Murrieta

I gave this place a try despite past trauma from bad lash experiences, and unfortunately, Lashes & Beauty added to that trauma instead of healing it. I paid $65 expecting a clean, luxury service—but the lashes were falling off as soon as I touched them.

I voiced my concerns immediately, only to be offered $15 back on a full set that didn’t even last 24 hours. After pushing, I got $30 back—but this still feels like a slap in the face. Especially since I clearly told them upfront about what I’d been through with lash damage before.

When a client shares their beauty trauma with you, it’s your job as a professional to honor that—not brush it off and glue on another rushed set just to take a payment. And please don’t let the decor fool you. Just because it’s cute doesn’t mean it’s quality.

Sharing my honest review for Vanessa! I went to this place since Oct and have had Vanessa each time. (3 times) I texted Vanessa on Instagram to show her my lashes and how bad they looked not even a week later and she was trying to charge me for a mini fill of $40 which is absolutely ridiculous to be charged not even a week later! I've been told it looks like ive had my lashes filled 2 weeks prior and its only been since Dec 23rd. I don’t let anyone wax my eyebrows except for Sandra. She maps them and shapes them soo good. I always receive so many compliments on my eye brows and I always tell people go see Sandra. She is very professional and kind and really knowledgeable about waxing and eyelash extensions. I will keep coming here for my brow/lash needs.
