Canceled a reservation over a week ago, Nov 14th. On the 17th I emailed them because they hadn't refunded me yet. The owner replied claiming their system only allowed her to refund part of my payment and she would refund the rest on Monday, the 20th. I still have not recieved the rest of my money back. In this day and age I shouldn't have to call and email a business multiple times to try and get my money back for a service I didn't even recieve.
*Editing to update: This review was from November 2023, about 8 months ago. It's August 15th 2024 as I write this. I did eventually receive my money back, but the owner decided to update their reply 5 days ago trying to make it look like they did me a favor. I really thought about leaving this alone and not updating, but I just can't tolerate liars, and people deserve to know the truth, so I have to set the record straight. There was no "boarding protection plan" when I booked my reservation. That must be a new policy you implemented this year, I wonder why... The booking and cancellation emails I still have saved clearly state "free cancellation". On top of that, I gave you the courtesy of cancelling well in advance of the day I was looking to reserve, if I remember correctly it was December 2nd & 3rd, that's over 2 weeks notice. How can you have the audacity to have this kind of petty attitude with your customers? You think no one's going to call you out? Surprise! I wish I would've saved the email y'all sent me asking me to delete my one...

Read moreMy Maligator Atticus and I love Pawtriotic Pet Hotel! I've been taking my pup here since he was 4 months to their daycare and their overnight hotel. I was hesitant to taking my dog to just any daycare at first because not everyone is knowledgeable on the handling of the Malinoi breed. After taking a tour, and asking Staff questions, I decided to go for it. Let me just say, staff here at Pawtriotic are super understanding and the sweetest to my pup. As I've become familiar with staff and how Pawtriotic works, they are the same with all the breeds big or small. Staff genuinely cares about the pups and well being. If there is ever any questions, or if they see something is wrong with Atticus, staff does not hesitate to call/text me. They are always on the look out for the best possible option for my dog. Atticus loves to come and spend his day here! He is always so happy to be back! I really enjoy the pictures and text updates throughout the day. There is multiple rooms doggies can go to as well. They have a TV room with couches (they will ask if it's okay to let them go on the couches before), and a library. Pawtriotic Pet Hotel has really been the reason as to why my dog is well socialized with other dogs and humans. I truly recommend...
