Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Murrieta

Drive thru service was fast and efficient. What I’ve enjoyed from this location is the friendliness of the employees especially the young gentleman “Jose”. I was literally having the worst day because I had been sick for about a week and wasn’t feeling better and my two young picky children were hungry and I didn’t feel like cooking so I stopped at Jack and JOSE was soooo patient, kind, attentive, and had excellent customer service. He also made my meal a little cheaper since everything was taken off of it from the kids not wanting this and that like Mayo,ketchup, onions, pickles etc….Jose was absolutely amazing and attentive and really helped turned my day around from his kindness. Maybe I just get lucky with the good, happy and best employees :) my food is always fresh and tastes great. What a great experience at Antelope, JB! I have eaten here several times and have always experienced friendly, helpful staff with not one single problem with an order. I don't regularly post reviews unless the experience was really good or just awful. I felt that my experience with this particular fast food restaurant needed to be posted. As far as fast food joints go, I can't count how many times I've placed an order and had items missing or completely wrong. So frustrating. This particular evening during rush time, I placed a very large order (for 12 people) and I was blown away by how professional and efficient the staff was.The food was hot and completely cooked. Not one item was missing! Justin, stepped in to assist the cashier with the order and ensured every item was cooked and bagged. This is the kind of service I would expect at a nice restaurant, not a fast food place. Kudos! Great...

I gave a higher rating because they have either hired new, friendlier people, or sent their old employees to customer etiquette classes. Other than that, make the extra couple of miles trip to the jack closer to antelope, the people there are ALWAYS friendly, the food is always fresh, and they get your order right 99.9%of the time at the other location, of course they're human, they're allowed to make mistakes sometimes. This location though, every time I leave there something is wrong or missing, like tonight. I decided to give them another try, mostly because they were on the way home and it was convenient. Asked for extra mayo on a chicken sandwich and instead I received no mayo but extra hot sauce on the tacos. It was ridiculous, the tacos were dripping with hot sauce so badly that the paper they come wrapped in was soaked in the sauce and the taco almost fell through the paper....
