Submarina Cali Subs — Restaurant in Murrieta

Very disappointed today. I understand with covid 19 the pressures of essential workers and the new policies set in place for take out orders. But what I experienced today was at best sub-par. Called at 11:10 to place an order for pick up. No one answered, went to a generic answering machine (didn’t even say submarina on the message). Drove to the store to walk in and order take out. Stood in line behind one other customer. The woman working was wearing a mask but was totally rude to the gentleman in front of me who hadn’t ordered. He stood there in confusion waiting to have his order taken for approx 15 mins. He said “if it means anything...I have not placed an order yet” she said “well it’s going to be a while because there is two orders ahead of you” and rolled her eyes at him. She Meanwhile, I noticed another employee taking a phone order on his cell phone. No mask. Waited to see if he would put one on, but he proceeded to walk over to the other employee and talk about his social life from the previous night. He sniffled and coughed right near the counter. As I waited, he still didn’t put on the mask. I asked them “how long is the wait? And why aren’t you wearing a mask?” He stated “ohhhhh, yeah I just literally walked in.” But last I checked, safety standards during our pandemic are to wear a mask in public and not even walk into a restaurant not wearing one. So I walked out and said “good day then.” They were rude, insensitive and unsanitary. NoT pleased. I will never go back to...

Haven't been to this submarina before, and decided to stop in. VERY clean and welcoming!! 3 ladies were working that afternoon around 11:35pm on a Tuesday. All we SUPER nice and gave WONDERFUL customer service!! The food was extremely fresh and the options were great! I got the ATC on Sqaw sliced bread. It was so full and delicious! That can also make things into huge, abundant salads!!!!! I watched them make one ahead of me and it definitely made me decide that would be my next order when I come in again!! Not only salads, but they do wraps also! I can't wait to come back!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone - the dieters, the gym goers, the salad and sandwich lovers or anyone trying to clean up their diet! You truly will not...

Update: grub hub was the issue. Still not fixed on their end.. I checked other site door dash and order menu is very different which makes me believe grub hub and not the store was the issue. I assumed when I ordered from gub hub the store would automatically put the ingredients that come on the Sante fe. I was mistaken. Would not recommend ordering from grub hub Original post:ordered through grub hub. Ordered Sante fe. Normally very good but just letting you know my sandwich was missing avocado and what Normally comes on the Sante fe. Maybe an issue with the grub hub? Should look in to it. I noticed others had same issue. Annoying. 25 bucks for sandwich and order not correct. The driver was great...
