Super rude female working behind the counter. Bothered that I asked for straw when there are none by the soda fountain.
Not even closing time and she's putting chairs up way before time to close, and purposely being overly noisey (as I try to talk on my phone). She closed and locked the doors too, and others were trying to come into the dining area. This... all way before time to close the dining area. Bad customer service!
When I was done with my food and went to refill my soda, the beverage machine sprayed coke all over me when topping off drink. Apparently she took it apart to clean before closing the dining area and didn't let me know. When I realized the soda machine wasn't working, she says; "if you want a refill, you need to ask her..." pointing at the counter, where there was nobody.
Should of got her name, because the attitude and rudeness started when I walked in until I left. No smile, just bothered by my decisions or lack of expeditiousness when ordering my food. Bothered by me asking for a straw... bothered that I sat in the dining area when she wanted me gone... and no sauces?!
And what's the deal with sauces? None out to grab, and no offer for sauce with my $7 big box. Odd!
I should have went to Taco Bell just across the 215 freeway. If I knew... I'd not have bothered with this Del Taco. Amazing how one employee can ruin it for a customer, never to return.
And... I see Taco Bell replying to the review. THIS is your feedback, I'm not going to go to another link... to state my issues with that location, when I just did... here, in this review!!

Did drive thru and ordered: Veggie Burrito Fiesta Pack of six crunchy tacos and six bean & cheese burritos. Price was reasonable. Food was flavorable and filling. Good proportions. However, after paying at the window we had to drive around front, park and wait for the food to be brought out and handed to us. In three separate paper bags Veggie Burrito [Bean & Cheese Burritos], however, in none of the three bags was the promised Hot Sause included. Not a single hot sause. We were asked if we would like some, and we replied 'Yes, Please'. It didn't seem as if they were busy. Only one car behind us. Sooo, 🤔 why wasn't Hot Sauce included? Short term memory issue? No packages easily to hand? A touching Hot Sauce packages phobia? Shortage of Hot Sauce? Did we unknowingly get in a Hot Sauce...
Read moreWaited in the drive-through for over 30 minutes and couldn't back out since there was a car or so behind us. After an abhorrent wait time, we are able to order off the menu. Finally, we get up to the window. The window employee has his back turned and is on his phone, ignoring the window. Eventually, the teenager turns around, and we are handing over our debit card to pay. The employee finally states they don't take card. Rather than stating that when we ordered or put a sign out saying they don't take card or their card reader wasn't working, what ever the case may be. The employee then gets back on his phone and turns around to ignore the next guest in line.
All the other employees found this whole interaction acceptable. Management needs to step in and hold training and be more hands-on since their employee have no idea how to run the joint without them around. They lost business because their employees are incapable of...
