I bought about 10 cigars about a month ago, I smoked a couple and realized they all had a strong chemical flavor. I passed a few out to friends and they agreed. Bought one on my way out of town a few days ago because this is the only spot that sells cigars in town now. Again, chemical flavor. I stopped in Davenport, bought the same cigar and smoked it and it was fine. I discussed with an employee at the Davenport location that there was something wrong with the humidor in Muscatine and she said she has heard this complaint a couple times and gave me a phone number to a higher up to voice my concerns. I let her try the cigar I bought in Muscatine and she agreed that it either tasted like mold or a cleaning product. I stopped back in to the shop in Muscatine on my way back and mentioned it to the woman working. First thing she said was "Well, I can't give you a refund" I didn't even ask. I wasn't asking for a refund. I asked if they use cleaner in the humidor and she said they are told to clean every night with Pine Sol. All of their cigars in their humidor are contaminated. When I said that you can't clean a humidor with cleaners like that she rolled her eyes and told me to just not buy any there if I didn't like them....

Stopped in to the Muscatine store to see if I could find a new vape. I was blown away. 1. The store is huge. 2. The store is spotless. 3. The variety is awesome. 4. The prices are great. 5. Danielle helped me and she was a Rockstar! She knew her products, was able to answer my questions and was very friendly and professional. I got a new vape and a new flavor that I love.
