AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Muscatine

Website always states parts are in stock but never in stock when you get there. Employees hand me incorrect parts and when i tell them its not the right one they tell me the computer says it fits. Name tags say customer satisfaction but that is very rare at autozone. Most are rude and have a huge lack of knowledge. This is why Rockauto, if i have to order the parts i might as well order at rockauto, save money and get the correct part. The best worker's i ever meet, they was super nicely, i was traveling from NY to California and i haved a bad battery and bad alternator , the temperature outside was like -10° and they were so helpful they hand me a bunch of tool to change my battery and the alternator, i dont remember they names but it was the night time shift its was a girs and a guy working that night. If I could give 0 stars I would. A young man named Dakota at this location is the reason for this review. When told what vehicle I needed brake pads for I told him what vehicle I had. He told me it was not an option. Keep in mind both extended cab and crew cab have the same pads. He purposefully gave me the wrong pads. When I came back in I saw him smiling as me and asked if they were the wrong pads. Which he knew he gave me the wrong ones. The issue was resolved but left a nasty taste...
