Website always states parts are in stock but never in stock when you get there. Employees hand me incorrect parts and when i tell them its not the right one they tell me the computer says it fits. Name tags say customer satisfaction but that is very rare at autozone. Most are rude and have a huge lack of knowledge. This is why Rockauto, if i have to order the parts i might as well order at rockauto, save money and get the correct part. He told me it was not an option. Keep in mind both extended cab and crew cab have the same pads. He purposefully gave me the wrong pads. When I came back in I saw him smiling as me and asked if they were the wrong pads. Which he knew he gave me the wrong ones. The issue was resolved but left a nasty taste...
