I went in, ordered a bigger plate, you know the one-I was greeted, and I thought my order was gonna be taken, but alas-one of the four people standing around, took a drive thru order instead. The other 3-watched. So I waited and watched the items I wanted-empty out. More were coming right? Wrong. I was now told one of the items was gone for the evening. Not to worry, the others would be up soon. So I got my sides, and two entrees and had to wait for the third. No problem. I waited. I ate. 25 mins go by. Im done. On my way up to the counter I see the servers divy up what would be the entree I was waiting on. So. Instead I ask for a refund. The manager comes up and tells me all the reasons why they cant give me a refund and if I don't like it, I can dispute it with my bank . Has COVID killed customer service? Do we as customers exist for them? Or do we still pay for a service? I wont be back to this or any other Panda Express now. Disrespect is disrespect. The two girls standing at the cash register yelled to someone who must’ve been standing where we couldn’t see to “turn it up” and then laughed and looked at my husband. They then proceeded to walk around asking everyone else if they were cold and when they said no, one of the girls threw her hands up right in front of us and walked back behind the counter. They had rugs rolled up and sitting on the dirty tables and they weren’t closing for another hour and a half. We were very disappointed in the service. Read moreThere has never been a time in the last 8 visits that they have had Teriyaki Chicken ready. Today I figured I would show up 22 min after they opened and there us a 15 min wait. Last time I showed up 45 min prior to close...15 min wait for Teriyaki Chicken. Time before that they were completely out of Teriyaki Chicken. Today I decided to actually wait for it to see if it's worth ordering. No matter how you look at it management at this location is to blame for all of it. Either your people need to come in to make sure menu items are cooked and ready to serve or you need new people. I can not belive that I'm so unlucky that it only happens to me so things should change. I like Panda express and this is the only option for 45 min from where I live... it's just sad to get such poor service every...
