Goodwill Retail Store & Donation Center — Local services in Muskegon Charter Township

I visit this outlet location quite often. The staff is great and even most of the resellers are fun to chat with. I being one of them. Most days it is not too busy so getting into a new bin is rather easy. I have found some great stuff. Sometimes the shoes will be separated and I think the workers might do that for fun. My very first visit I was yelled at for not waiting until all the new bins were in place. That was intimidating but I understand why now. I was just reading reviews on the Grandville location. I have never been to that one. It sounds like a horrible place. Like night/day to my location. I won't spend the gas money to go there. Hope my review...

After visiting this outlet, I decided to try out the Grand Rapids location. It is a day and night difference. Our location in Muskegon, granted it is newer, is spacious, well-lit, clean and staff is out and ready to help at a moments notice. Checkout was quicker too. Also, there were not enough carts at the GR location- so once my hands were full, I was done. Needless to say, I’m in no hurry to drive to GR when I’m loving the “Bins” here. I love the bins ,but always wear gloves when digging ,I have cut off the tip of my finger over two weeks ago on something broken or sharp they missed getting out of it ! And needless to say it will be a couple months before all my layers of skin grows back if it does ? Not to mention the constant pain ,and work of dressing it each day and keeping it protected and clean.
