Started off great but service has gone downhill dramatically! Buying washer and dryer and washer broke and yes they were quick to pick it up and give us a smaller loaner but that's when issues started. Took two months to get washer back and when we did it came back smashed on top where the dials are. Not to mention when delivery guys brought it in they kept the lid up entire time and did not even let me look at it with them once installed. Called immediately and was told that was unexceptable and he was going to manager immediately. Arron's a great place to rent to buy from me and my wife got a fridge a freezer and a a lab top..the lab top someone tried to carve there name in it still works great we love the lab top..but if you can't make your payment just give it back don't destroy it because they have every right to take you to court on it..I will countiue my business there with my wife every time we go in there we walk out with something or something being delivered..and we go to the one off apple there great...

I really like this place. I know having to pay almost double retail price to get furniture, but we have used them for numerous things and have never been disappointed. We paid off a living room set and 2 beds. Usually now we just go in there and see what they have on repo and get a huge deal. Just bought a nice refrigerator and stove set for $1200 out the door.
