Don’t even try to plan an event here. Was trying to schedule two different events in the month of October. After leaving many voicemails I talked to someone who assured me that both of the dates and times I was looking were available and gave me pricing. I told them I had to confirm everything with the board and would get right back with them. Called back immediately, left a voicemail, and never heard back. After a few days called and left another voicemail. I called every single day and left a voicemail saying I wanted to lock in those dates. Almost 15 days later someone gets back to me (just a few days before the event) and tells me both dates are now unavailable because there isn’t enough time to get staff for the first date and somehow the second date I needed is booked by someone. Really curious how that happened since it was available when I spoke and tried to call her right back. Whoever is running this department is doing this business...

I recently went to their open house this past week since I'm back on the Lakeshore for a bit. Spacious and modern meeting or training areas with studio space for podcasts and artists. Rates seem reasonable, and there are grants available for small business owners starting out. The staff seemed welcoming! I'd like to return on a regular basis to their co-working space. Definitely something to think about. I'd recommend...
