I ordered online from this florist because they said they could deliver same day. Shortly after completing my order, I received an email that said it could not be delivered that day. I ordered a plant because it would produce oxygen and brighten up the room of a friend who just had surgery.

My friend mentioned that the plant was yellowing and she had to remove quite a few dead leaves when it arrived. Within the week, one of the plants in the arrangement was dead.

I am truly disappointed with Lakeland florist. I expect for cut flowers to die within a week, but not a plant.

The owners and staff here are such great people. They are friendly and always helpful. The flower arrangements I order are always beautiful! I appreciate that on the very rare occasion they don't have what I order, I get a phone call and they always substitute with something comparable to the original flower/order. They take pride in their company, product, and service. Whether I order online or go in person, its ALWAYS a positive experience. They are my go to when ordering any flower arrangements at all...

Save yourself money and headache and don’t buy from here! I’ve purchased many bouquets from here but today was the last. The people are great but the product is bad. I paid $135 to have flowers delivered on a Thursday (ordered Tuesday). They don’t show up on Thursday so I have to call, get told they were put somewhere else, mistakes happen so understandable. They then don’t get delivered until Friday after 5:00. I paid extra for the “deluxe”, this is how they look. It is laughable...
