My husband and I were looking at the 3d engraved crystals, and I asked what kind of laser they were using. The dude straight up lied and said he didn't know. Said we could only ask him questions about his crystals. Then, after we walked away, he was tattling like a 2 year old to another dude, while pointing at us, not hiding it, as if we did something wrong by asking a genuine question. Then, this dude, walks over to the jewelry station, immediately after speaking to him, to spy on our conversation. You aren't Google or Microsoft, let alone Elon musk. You didn't invent anything. It's not a secret. It's a $20k diode laser I can buy on Amazon. There's literally videos on how to do this on Amazon. You aren't special. Lying and spying on people over a simple question I expect you to know the answer to is shady af. I can't possibly recommend doing business with anyone who acts like this. Went last week to Coastal Grand Mall to visit Fast Fix for a watch battery replacement and discovered they were no longer at the mall. The “gentleman” at Infinity Jewelers informed me that he had bought out Fast Fix, and that he would not honor our current battery replacement warranty that we had for the watch. I discovered after looking up Fast Fix that they had simply relocated to a spot near the mall and that Infinity Jewelers is being DISHONEST. As a DCA Certified Diamontologist, Guild Gemologist, and former managing member of a local location of a Nationwide Jeweler I wholeheartedly DO NOT RECOMMEND giving this place ANY business. We went in the mall and at one place the prices were extremely high for no reason. So, we tried Infinity Jeweler. Prices were in line with what we expected. Two watches batteries, a ring resized smaller with no cut or gold taken from ring. The other place wanted to cut and keep the gold or charge you to return your own property? They cleaned a good amount of jewelry for us also and made a pin into a pendant. We are very pleased with this experience with Infinity Jewlers.
