Went here on Friday March 14 2025 with my mom to look for items for our new house like lamps, rugs, and decorations. This is the 1st time at this location, as one time we visited the Rooms To Go Warehouse in Dunn, NC. Essentially this location has the same stuff, bedroom sets, couches, lamps, rugs, pictures, and more. They also have outdoor furniture. Dave greeted us at the door, and told us about upcoming sales, and the layout of the store. He then told us if we have any questions to go find him. We looked all around the store. From a distance, I spotted this Yellow vase that was only $18.00. I fell in love with it and wanted it. Just then Dave checked on us, and held on to the yellow vase for me. My mom also was interested in a green lamp in which she liked and asked Dave to hold that as well. My mom also found some nice blue bowls for decor that she can use, Dave also held onto that as we looked a bit more. Finally, after we finished looking, we called dave over and asked about the colors of the different rugs. Depending on lighting, or the angle of said lighting, colors can look light green and be yellow. Dave was very nice and pleasant with answering all of our questions: including later with questions on delivery and pickup. We also settled on a nice blue rug. After we were set on all our purchases David explained that some items like the yellow vase and bowl can be picked up that day, and the other items like the rug and lamp can be delivered. Dave was pleasant to work with. We ended up spending about $800.00, and paid via a credit card. Oh, and people were very helpful as the salesperson also put the purchases in the car's trunk for us, and that was very nice of them, and helpful too! Would definitely recommend and be back! I had a great experience at the showroom. Sales rep helped me find the couch that worked for my house. The problem was the delivery. they wanted to deliver the couch on Thursday, which is a day that both me and my boyfriend are working because we work full-time they have a track system that tells you an estimated ETA time that time said 3:20 to 340 the entire day. I checked it while I was at work all day long planning to leave at around 3 to get to my house in time. At 240 I get an I get a call from a spam risk number so I do not answer because I get so many spam calls a day. Then I receive a text message saying they are at my house and no one is there. I immediately tried to call back the number that just called me and it does not work because it’s a spam number. I speed all the way home, a 15 minute drive and they are gone. I called the customer courtesy number and they said they can only email the delivery drivers. They don’t have a phone number for them, which is completely ridiculous. How could you not get in contact with your own delivery drivers? They said there’s nothing I can do. they said that it cannot be delivered the next day and it has to go back into their inventory for me to be able to reschedule a delivery. because it’s a holiday weekend, they have no timeframe of when it will be back in their inventory. I don’t understand why they can’t just leave the couch loaded on the truck and just drive it over here to my house. Why do they need to unload it? Re-inventory and then reschedule everything. you messed up. Bring it back the next day and fix what you messed up. Please work on your tracker system make sure it’s accurate so this does not happen to other customers that work full time and can’t be home the entire...

We recently moved to the Conway SC area in early February 2021 and we needed to re-decorate our entire house. We ended up going to Rooms To Go, where we were greeted by Mr. Jones. He is so nice and very friendly. We let him know that we were redecorating an entire house. And that we would definitely be doing multiple purchases to get our home fully re-decorated by the end of the year. We first started off with the living room furniture. The furniture at Rooms To Go is very gorgeous to say the least, not only is the quality exceptional but the price points are amazing. If you want quality furniture this is definitely the place. Mr. Jones definitely understood our needs, he helped us pick out the perfect recliner and sofa for our brand new remodeled living room. He is very knowledgeable and helped us pick everything out from the recliner to the sofa cushions. We have definitely been back since and are waiting for our brand new king size bedroom set that will be coming in early July. I definitely recommend going into rooms to go and meeting Mr. Jones, he is very professional, super helpful and is not a pushy sales person.
