This was a promotional offer. I was told up front it would be a 2 bedroom deal. Bluegreen resort was full. I was offered to stay at another hotel. The hotel was dingy and had a lot of mold. The curtains had mildew and mold. It had a nice setup. It just needed to be clean and new curtains. Did this hotel get a PPP loan? It was dusty and lots of mildew. I liked the oceanfront. I attended the presentation. It was a joke. I notice several young people there. They should be attending a first-time home buyer presentations, not purchasing high interest timeshare. Apartment rent is expensive. We all have to set our priorities. The interest was 16.99% over 10 years. Down payment $1360. Monthly payments $212. Do the math. Bluegreen collects all this free money from customers to hold presentations. That's why they can afford $200.00 gift cards to everyone who attends the 2 hour presentation. This money is paid by their customers without them spending a dime. I sat with Dustin . He told me I could borrow the money from my bank to pay it off. Lol. He was so nervous. He told me he had been with the company for 22 years and he don't work on commission. He was such a LIAR. He was working hard to make a sale. He got upset. His neck turned red. I wouldn't waste my "A 1 credit " on a scam/scam artist. Thank God for the spirit of discernment. It pays to listen. READ...

The paid version which is $8 per day proved to never achieve speeds above 12m/s and if you have more than one device forget it. The idea to these properties are a home away from home feel. That's way you pay a true premium for the time share dream. My time share dream, and I'm sure most people who want a time share dream, includes useable, actual high speed internet. I mentioned this to the office, and the answer they had was that they know it's a problem. Although one lady said I didn't come there to stay at the property and use the internet, I came to see Myrtle Beach. She's half right. That half, the seeing Myrtle Beach and needing a place in Myrtle Beach while doing so they provided adequately. The wanting to have a home away from home and thus premium price spent,...
Read moreThere are 2 doors you have to go through to get to your room. The other people kept going in and out and the door slams each time. Very loud and annoying! It's more like an apartment and there's no vending machine or anything until 9am. I needed a drink and couldn't find anything. Very small room also. Parking was very tight, as we were there for bike week so tons of trailers and bikes which is fine but the road was very narrow. No where to turn around, as every road is a dead end. Even the bigger parking lots were 2 rows as opposed to a loop. Terrible for towing things, as I hate having to back up. The room was clean, great shower water pressure. Pools looked nice although we didn't use them....
