Came in the other night for supplies for the rescue. I grab well at 200 worth of items when I visit pet stores, and I walked out empty handed. I came in and it was a bit messy but nothing out of the normal. There seemed to only be one staff member. I grabbed some items while waiting for assistance and finally went to the front to ask for help with crickets, which I continued to wait for after she called for help. Almost all of their contained bugs (meal worms, isopods, ect.) Were very dead and still on the shelf. Their "discounted" containers were all dead one so far gone there weren't any signs of horned worms ever being there. I never had anyone come help with crickets so I set my buggy by the bins and left while people stood at the front. I do not suggest going here until they find some staff. This place is a maze. The parking lots are congested and nobody drives the speed limit. Nobody really knows what the right of way is either. I hate going in here. The line backs up by thirty cars just to get out of the only exit available in the whole center. The big stores like Target are all attached and I would avoid this location on Saturday and Sunday. It is totally mobbed with shoppers. The smaller businesses like Moe's and Massage Envy have the smallest parking lots. its like a mini strip mall. I would not try to bring a large diesel or a camper anywhere...

Went to buy fish tank for my daughter and thank the staff for being as knowledgeable as they are because I wouldn't ended up buying a fish tank and putting fish in it not knowing what type of fish or anything like that they would have died or eat each other either way not something I wanted my daughter to experience.
