I had to walk out after what I over heard from you employees They must not realize we can hear them loud and clear. Just because someone comes in with a bigger bag doesn’t mean they are stealing. I took my money to Ulta instead and spent it there. Your employees need to stop stereotyping. My bag was 250$ I don’t need to steal some damn 8$ nails. No, they dont need to rush to go watch their cameras just because someone is looking at nails after getting off work and just wanted quiet time before going to pick my kid up so I chose your store. Regarding the pharmacy, this has to be the worst location ever! Rude and uneducated employees. Went there 2 days ago and that is absolutely my last dealing with Walgreens. I signed up for Express Pay so I could quickly pick up my prescription because I had someplace to be. The transaction WAS charged to my credit card but when I got there the lady tried to tell me it wasn't paid for. I showed her on my cc app where it was charged and she said "it says pending". Long story short: After arguing with her and another employee I had to pay for my prescription again. I would have told them to stick it but I needed it for oral surgery in the morning. I'm from out of state and ran out of diabetic needles. My wife n I went to this location to buy a package about 35min before they closed. Our resort mind you was 20 min away... They refused sale because I didn't have my insulin(which must stay refrigerated n it's summer 90+ degrees outside) on my persons. The pharmacist was very rude n showed 0 compassion. We use Walgreens at home, since we've been on vacation we have transfered all of our pharmacy needs n scripts to HEB. I will never use Walgreens again. We ended up having to go to ER to get my shots in which who GAVE me extra needles for our trip.
