Today, my husband and I went to the dentist Apex or he was supposed to be getting some more work done on his top dentures because they did not fit right and they were hurting his mouth. We had already agreed that the young lady who had worked on my mouth and messed my mouth up that she wouldnât be working on his mouth because I attitude was really ugly and she did not do the job that she was supposed to do, so she came in and started working on his mouth and I decided to get up and walk out so I wouldnât say anything out of the way to her at the end of the visit that the manager wanted to talk to me and his office and he asked me not to come back Because he would not give me an explanation and I did tell him that I would be getting my attorney and which I have spoken with him and heâs looking over all of the paperwork in the And the reason he asked me not to come back is because that the doctor that was working on my husband teeth the male doctor is the husband of the woman Doctor Who messed my teeth up. I was on the phone talking with my cousin about something that had happened to her and I donât know if they were listening to my conversation I thought that I was talking about that woman Dennis, but they asked me not to come back so I am filing a suit against him, they are prejudice. They try to keep my money. They are not good people there and Dennis office. I even shook that man saying because I thought that he did a great job trying to fix my husband safe and also trying to fix mine but come to find out that he does not want me back there because the dentist that messed my teeth up in my mouth up is his wife so that is a personal issue which shouldnât Not have anything to do with the professional doctor job that he is supposed to be doing or she is supposed to be doing so yes it is not right and it is not definitely over with not the type of person to disrespect anyone. I am not the type of person to be played. Talk to and any kind of way I paid my money on time I did what I was supposed to do this for months for March all the way up into July July or August and NNN the bad thing about it is that they put me out of their office because of the woman, Dennis because I did not want her working in my husbandâs mouth and that I already been discussed with me and my husband and she wasnât even supposed to be in the room and found come to find out that that was his wife Dennis did his husband received the mail Dennis so yes sir yes sir the Dennis will be hearing from my attorney and if you are reading this do not go to Apex deals for dentures now my daughter went there for her teeth. I took my niece there. They did a great job. I took my grandson there. They do the great job on his mouth, but they cannot do dentures there. They will mess your mouth up and this is not over. This is not threat. This is a promise that something will be done about this , the way that I was treated today...

Update: When my rocker/recliner came in at the store, they called me to let me know. I was able to go pick up Monday and called before I left and got an answering machine that said no one was in the office but showroom was open till 8 pm. I arrived @4:30 pm and there was a note on the front door that said store was closed due to prep for May sale. So even though my brochure, and the store front both showed open till 8, I wasted gas in my truck pulling my enclosed trailer all the way there for nothing. Then if that wasn't bad enough, when I did pick up my Rocker/Recliner and got it home to unbox, it was found to have a seriously bent up mechanism and bent arms for back to snap on. After many calls, and texts with pics I kept being told customer service would call me. It was supposedly worked out that Ashley's would deliver the replacement and pick up the damaged unit for all that I have been thru. When customer service finally called me over 2 weeks later they confirmed they would do this. Then another week later the store called and said my replacement was in. When I informed them about the plan of them delivering the replacement they knew nothing of this and claimed they don't make deliveries from the store, they have to come straight from College Station(hence the high cost of delivery). I was so fed up with this I told them to have it unboxed and inspected and I was coming with my trailer. Upon arrival at the store everyone was very nice and apologetic about everything that happened. I made sure they listened to the voicemail I saved from customer service saying they would schedule delivery of new and pick up of the old.    Read moreDo Not Recommend!! I had a great experience buying the furniture and the sales person was very helpful, even showed me dates that our stuff would be delivered. We purchased over $5000.00 worth of items, one of which could be delivered on or around Dec, 5 2018, the rest of the items would be delivered around Jan14th. It took us two weeks to get the chair that was suppose to be delivered on the Dec 5th. I had to call every day to get feedback and was told that the delivery girl was out and that is why I have not received a notification on a delivery date....this was very upsetting to me since...1.) Is that the only delivery coordinator ??and 2.) Why am I having to call to get updates. Finally I was able to speak with the manager and he refunded me the money for delivery....after two weeks of calling. Now it is Jan 15th and I have had to call the store 3 times with no update. The first time I called I was told by Taylor that she would have a my sales person, Brain call me back, that was at 12:27p. Then after waiting a couple hours with no call back, I called again at 2:47p. I was transferred to the manager Eric, he informed the that my sales person wasn't even in the store today at all....so I guess I wasn't going to get a call back at all today. He told me that Taylor may have not even looked up to see if Brain was in today....lovely! I am now still waiting on my furniture with NO update on delivery!! I will NEVER use them again.
