Honestly i left no one came up or even acknowledged me and ask if they could help. There were 2 women talking about people and jobs and they were so negative i could not stand to listen to them anymore. I don't know if they worked there or not. They were not speaking softly at all. I can tell you the one woman was upset that she felt her job didn't recognize her achievements, but they gave her a jacket and a raise. There were people there that didn't work as hard as her.... I honestly got so sick of hearing them complain after about 15 mins of looking for something to wear to a funeral i just left and went elsewhere. This is not what i expect from a Catos. Even though this store is part of a chain, the staff (especially Rebecca, the assistant manager) makes you feel like you're in an upscale boutique. When trying on clothes, they write your name on the chalk board outside your dressing room. When you purchase jewelry, the salesperson carefully wraps it in tissue instead of just dropping it into the bag and then, instead of handing the bag to you across the counter, they walk around and deliver it you.
