Wonderful local organization and kind salespeople, but horrible prices and management. The associate/manager who prices items accused me of purposefully ripping a 5-inch hole in a dress I first saw 3 business days ago. I returned to the store to still find the same dress there on the same exact rack near the register, in the same condition. I wanted to purchase it since it would be perfect for me to practice fixing up since I enjoy casually sewing and trying to upcycle clothes in my spare time, and asked if they might discount the price since it was badly damaged at the waist. It was $10 to begin with, and I wasnāt expecting them to heavily discount it for me. The manager had the nerve to call me āsuspiciousā and insinuate I ripped the dress on purpose. Iāve been a customer here since 2019 and have spent hundreds here on furniture and clothes collectively. I have done nothing to warrant the baseless accusation of me ruining their product to get a few dollars off the price. They did not even bother coming to the front to accuse me personally, and let their young employee I originally asked be the messenger. I bought their damaged product anyway since their profits go to help domestic violence victims. I however will not be returning after today. I cannot believe I was profiled and accused like this as a long-time paying customer and a minority. They could have just said āNo, we do not discount damaged items.ā But to go as far as accusing me of vandalism and ālooking suspiciousā was my breaking point, and extremely telling of their management and lack of respect for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give less than one star I would. Bad way to to business I am so upset and furious at how an issue was handled yesterday at your store located on North St. In Nacogdoches My daughter had wanted to buy , a purse, cherry candle, a Knome as a gift along with a few small items. The candle had no price so I understand it not being able to purchase. The purse we were told was labeled wrong , but did have a tag on it. The cashier went to the back , she was very nice. Another lady came out said that the candle could not be sold as it had no tag. The purse we were told was noT tagged the way they tag them. She then told my daughter that everything she had to purchase , she could not purchase anything there that day . My daughter asked to speak to the manager about the issue as she really wanted the knome for a gift. The lady said the manager would tell her the same thing and she would not get her. My daughter is not a thief and she was treated in a way that she felt accused of being one. We shop there often as do many of my friends. I m posting this everywhere I can and to every site I can find. This is NOT the way to do business, it's not only not Christian it's not the way to show a child or anyone how u should treat people. TRY...

There are signs at the register claiming they donāt do returns regarding the purchase of TVs. But nothing about clothes. I purchased the jeans go home try them on, they donāt fit so I must go return them. I come by, and wait in line and the lady at the cash register is telling the lady who is checking out in front of me to be cautious when purchasing because they do not take returns... of course this is the first time I am hearing this, no one mentioned that to me the day I purchased my items...I am upset so I decided to leave and call the manager a few hours later and he say as long as you have the receipt they do store credit. PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR WORKERS ABOUT STORE POLICY. Please educate your costumers about store policy. As a college student I donāt have the extra money thatās why I thrift. I am glad I received store credit, but I also donāt think I wouldāve went out of my way to purchase something I was unsure about just to only receive...
