Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Nacogdoches

i cant give this place any stars the manager was rude if someone comes in with an allergy but still eats at a place where its supposed to be all u can eat and gets 4 lousy pieces for the money spent theres a problem he then as my group was ready to leave 30 minutes after i order my pizza due to tomato allergies i cannot have pizza sauce the only reason i go to cicis is for spinach alfredo pizza paid 11 dollars for it and didnt even get to eat the manager was asked for his corporate and he falsely claimed he was corporate went out was told to go ask for his ceo and he again claimed he was that to dont know what he is pulling but seems like he wants his dope more than his job and i dont live in this town i live in dallas i will never be back to this cicis and will do whatever it takes to see it shut down pretty bad when the nastiest ones in dallas serve better than here as soon as i have the number i will be contacting the real corporate and complaining had i not been at work i would have stayed til i got all my money back worse place to eat in nacogdoches texas an everyone i know will know too and as a tattoo artist i know alot of people so thank you for discriminating against me and my allergies i hope u can afford an attorney because mine has been contacted and this is a sueable offense i...

Terrible service, rude workers. We had a party of over 35 people for a birthday party and when we called ahead time we were told that they could not take any orders ahead of time, we had to wait until we got there. There was seriously 1 slice of pizza when we arrived and several people standing there waiting on pizza. One lady made them give her money back because she had been waiting over 20 minutes for pizza and no one cared to make any. Than the section of the restaurant we had for the party, the manager came over clearing our tables while the folks were waiting on pizza, still, and threw away 7 of our cups while standing in line. This place is a joke!!! Very rude when the manager told 2 workers to worry about the buffet before the special orders and we were there wayyy before the ones just coming in. And let's talk about the bathrooms for a minute, so GROSS!!!! We spent over 2 hours there and the bathrooms we're reported dirty when we first arrived and another couple told us they had already told the manager about the condition of the restroom before we arrived and they didn't care to clean them! This restaurant has went down hill really bad and just keeps getting worse!! Save your money and time and...

Paid for a buffet w/ drink. I go to get sweet tea, and there is white slime hanging from the nozzle. The cook was the only person I saw, so I alerted him that the tea container was unsanitary. 10 mins later, he tells the guy doing bathroom cleanup. They both look at the slime hanging from the nozzle. They exchange several words, and go back to their stations. The cleanup guy comes out of the restroom, puts on blue latex/nitrile gloves and goes back the the restroom. He then goes into the back, still wearing gloves. Comes out through the kitchen, then back into the back. He does this a few times. Finally he stays in the back room, presumably with the same gloves on as he cleaned the restroom in. Finally, the cashier comes over, looks at the nozzle... looks puzzled, after a minute of looking puzzled, grabs a napkin, removes the slime from the nozzle and starts to walk back to the kitchen. She stops, turns and grabs the tea container, and takes it back to the back. Did she bring it back out after I left? Surely, she tore it down and cleaned it properly, but who knows. Will be avoiding this franchise...
