A few months ago I bought a sim card with a lot of memory on it for my phone that I bought at this location. Well, two weeks ago my phone kept telling me it was out of storage space. I knew this was not correct since I had only used 12 out of 128 GB of the new storage, so i went back in to this location and asked why my phone wasnt automatically transferring my pictures to the sim card. An employee asked the guy there who sold it to me why it wasnt doing that. The att employee told me my phone had a glitch in it and take it to cell phone restore and tell them he sent me. So I went to cell phone restore and they said, no, you just have to transfer them over there is NOT A GLITCH IN MY PHONE. So I went back to Att and MARK greeted me and asked what was wrong. I told him and he said oh, that's easy all you have to do is transfer your pictures to the sim card. He asked if I had a minute (Because I was on my lunch break). I said sure, so he did it for me right then and there. MARK is the reason this location deserves 5 stars in my opinion. The employee I talked to the first time just didnt have time to deal with me even though I spend THOUSANDS of dollars at this location. If you go to the NACOGDOCHES LOCATION ASK FOR MARK! My disabled mother went in for help with phone. Clint offered to help her by giving her a new sim card, which didn't fix the problem she was having. He then told her to go home and back up her phone and write down her contacts so he could do a factory reset and help her reset everything afterwards. When she got home, everything (contacts, settings, etc) was gone. I called to speak to Clint about what happened, and he told me that AT&T no longer supports the type of phone my mother has, so they are not liable for what happened. He also said that putting in a new sim card would delete everything, but couldn't tell me why he would send my mother home to back up her phone after he had already given her a new sim card. I asked for the old one back (this was first thing the next day) and he said they had already destroyed it. I asked to speak with the manager, Luis, and his immediate response was that installing a new sim card would not account for everything being deleted from the phone, but didn't offer any solutions or an explanation. So either: 1. The employees at this location do not know what they are doing and have no motivation to fix a problem that they themselves have created; or 2. they are only interested in profitable solutions and don't care what the implications of that is for their customers.
