⭐☆☆☆☆ Discriminated, Criminally Trespassed, and Kicked Out for No Reason – Very Disappointing Experience
PS: Shout out to all the good managers — Grant, Lisa, Taylor, and Dee — you all are awesome.
About two weeks ago, I visited this Buffalo Wild Wings with a friend to relax and have a drink. I’m a former employee who gave my full time, effort, and energy to this place. I was a strong asset to the team, and many of the managers knew how hard I worked.
Before I even got my food, the new General Manager and Assistant GM approached me and told me I had to leave. When I asked why, they said there was a complaint — but couldn’t even tell me what the complaint was. The GM literally said he didn’t know. Then they criminally trespassed me from the property — all without giving any valid reason or explanation. How do you kick out a respectful, paying customer without cause?
It honestly felt like I was being targeted and discriminated against, possibly due to my race. I stayed calm and respectful, but I was treated like I didn’t belong.
Thankfully, I reached out to someone higher up and explained what happened. They acknowledged the situation was wrong and lifted the ban, allowing me to return. I appreciate that, but the way I was treated by this new management team was humiliating and deeply upsetting.
What hurts most is that managers like Taylor, Dee, Grant, and Lisa were always professional, kind, and chill with me. They saw my value when I worked there and treated me with respect. It’s sad to see how quickly the environment has changed under the new leadership.
Buffalo Wild Wings needs to retrain their management on how to treat people — especially those who gave so much of themselves to this place.
Thank you for welcoming me back — but this was still a horrible and...
Read moreI have never experienced such poor management from an establishment in my life. I came in with my husband and daughter last weekend for dinner and expected to be in and out within an hour and a half (because I know this location is known for long wait times). Obviously this expectation was too lofty. It’s busier than usual but we figure it is no big deal because our waitress was very attentive and understanding the whole time (she was an angel and the only good part of our visit). First, our appetizer of chips and salsa takes 20 minutes to arrive. The real problem, though, was the main course. After 45 minutes of waiting and watching parties that came in after us get their food first, we asked our waitress if we could speak with the manager, who we were told was Bri and Taylor. We waited 20 more minutes and asked for a manager two more times before we were told they weren’t gonna come out to speak with us. Completely unacceptable behavior for a manager to disregard their customers completely. We were not the only ones either, as two other tables around me asked for a manager and didn’t get a response. We never got our food after an hour and a half I’ll add. Will not be coming back to this establishment until something changes, absolutely...
Read moreIt's Buffalo Wild Wings. The name says it all. Things will get wild, and you will get wings. Mostly, I get their tenders or their boneless wings because I'm lazy and don't feel like eating around bones. I love their Salt & Vinegar fry seasoning because I grew up with it. I usually get the pretzels because, damn, those things are delicious. It comes with beer cheese and a honey mustard sauce that drives it home. I wish they would serve even numbers of the pretzels because I often have to fight my best friend or my wife for the last one. It isn't much of a fight; I'm a big guy. I love the new Mountain Dew Legend. Blackberry and citrus is a vibe I can get used to. One thing to note, when you go at lunchtime, and say you want a Mountain Dew Legend, make sure you explain it is the soda you want and not the Long Island Ice Tea version. I made that mistake once. The tables are always clean and the staff are super friendly. Make sure you sign up for those BWW points because you can get meals or apps for free. I say free, but you've already paid for them in other trips, if you really want to be nitpicky.
I do wish there was a drive thru option....
