Rent-Buy — Local services in Nacogdoches

Let me just say how unprofessional this place is yes they prices is cheap but the customer service (employee) is very unprofessional and GHETTO yes I said it GHETTO came to my home and bc I didn’t open the door bc I was at work and couldn’t get up and just open the door in the middle of a call they started blowing the horn and yelling my name told me once before they charge $10 if they have to come and knock on ur door because that’s Gas is what she told me and that it was in my contract I called and told them how unprofessional they was being she told me well u is 3 days late okay yea but what does that have to do with y’all yelling my name and blowing the horn in a apartment complex at that I wouldn’t recommend nobody to them even if it was the last option they had they’ll call your phone private but my neighbor she said they don’t do her like that even when she a few days behind so yea I won’t be dealing with...

I have had the honor of buying a couch and love seat with Rent-Buy with monthly payments since February 2025, going forward. My experience with the management and staff has been excellent. Their focus is inclusive of high ethical integrity in business and one-to-one customer-focused service skills in serving the community of Nacogdoches, TX, especially in my case (senior citizen) regarding my fixed monthly income. Not much to choose from. Store is very small in Nacogdoches. Prices are above the other rent to own places. Staff are not very knowledgeable about anything other than beds and couches. I chose to take me business elsewhere.

UPDATE: paid off my coffee tables today. Just because I wouldn't explain to Johnathan why I posted my previous post, he was very very rude and hung up on me several times. He does that to customers because his mama is the main manager of the Nacogdoches store and his Dad owns the business....STAY in your own lane...
