If I could give this place 0 stars I would definitely not hesitate to do so. There was a "moonlight madness sale" advertized at this location only. Stating 40-75% off the entire store excluding YETI and sports equipment. I had previously gone to this store the day before and received a flyer stating this information. When we arrived the next day for the sale, we saw the same information posted on signs throughout the store. Even taped on clearance rounders. We then kindly approached a sales worker and asked about were the marked down prices were on the tags of a couple shirts I would have bought. Our answer was that there was no marked down price and we were told this in a tone that wasnt so friendly. We then went to the manager and asked why these signs were all over the store if there was not a percentage off. Then we were given the answer of "they posted signs all of the store I had no control over it" let me remind you that this was the manager speaking. As we were going to leave the same sales worker approached me and said "if you go down stairs on the deck there are shirts like these priced real low." So I decided to go check the deck and this time the shirts had the sales stickers on them. I found a shirt I liked and it had a 40% off sticker so I went and got in line to check out. While I was standing in line the same store worker pasted me and so I stopped him really quick to make sure I was actually going to get the percentage off. Then quickly the sales worker pulled out his own phones calculator and tried to explain to me that the 40% off was off the original price! I had previously been there the day before and the prices were the exact same! There was no percentage off what so ever that the sign clearly stated! Which in my eyes is false advertising and absolutely wrong! So I will never be do any business with this store again and I advise you to...

We scheduled two days in advance to go parasailing. We arrived 30 minutes early in duck signed the paper work weighed in just to be told that the guy that drives the boat was hospitalized (I truly hope he is okay)!!!!!! So he looks on the schedule and told my wife that no other time slots where available today!! I didn’t know he told my wife he checked the other locations…. he offered us a slot for Sunday but we where leaving in the morning. On the way back to the hotel I called the other location in Mano and had a time scheduled for 6:30. She gave us all these warnings on the phone about how the weather conditions constantly change and we cannot be guaranteed if we get there in the weather conditions are bad that they would give us a refund. Long story short my wife was super excited to go parasailing so I decided to take the chance. We just got a message an hour and a half ago saying due to the current conditions they are canceling. Mean while it’s freaking beautiful outside. What conditions are you talking about. We have light winds. Maybe it’s not meant to be so we are gonna trust faith. But if I could give the place feed back it would be that they need a someone with a license as a backup!!!!!!!!! I really feel like they We’re pushing us to fill voided time slots on Sunday! Because both places after canceling last minute offered to go Sunday. Why post an available time slot if you can’t make the...

Do not book dune flight lessons with that company! I came for Unlimited Hang1 package and I could barely get two proper lessons for $1000. Indeed, the weather conditions were not good for a good part of the week, but even when they were they couldnt provide lessons in the right time because they "didnt have an instructor" on the first day and/or the instructor bailed off from giving an extra lesson on the third day (2nd proper lesson I had with them). They agreed to extend my flight window by an extra day in exchange for the first one, which they couldnt provide an instructor for, but after I come back on that last day, they told me that they are overbooked and I can get a couple of flights alternating with other clients and the instructor can work with me after that...Almost a reasonable solution if I didnt have a flight to catch and had actually planned for an extra day due to instructor unavailability on the first one...Very disappointing experience, will...
