I came in this store yesterday with my family and was totally humiliated. KATIE, who was at the counter refused to help us and was extremely rude. We were attempting to return a $6.99 sunglass cord and she accused us of breaking it and refused to return it (when we had the original packaging, receipt, and bag it came with). When profusely refusing to help us, we asked to speak with a manager. Her voice rose and she said, āYou really want me to call my manager on her day off?ā Yeah Katie, we do since you refused to do your job. When she got her manager on the phone she was trying to talk her out of allowing her to do the return. āAre you sure?!? you donāt have to do that!!!ā When she got off the phone she slams it on the counter and says, āI donāt feel comfortable helping yāall. I can take the next guestā as she hid our new product behind the register and slammed the returned product on the counter. Nicely, we stood to the side waiting until the checkout line was helped to go back and resolve the issue. After minutes of bickering back and forth, she FINALLY agreed to return it. Slammed the return slip on the counter and threw the new product next to it. Respectfully, KATIE you should maybe find a new job out of customer service since you canāt...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed in Life is Good. Cute sentiments, but lousy customer service. Bought a shirt in Hilton Head, SC while traveling on vacation. Put it on the next day and noticed 3 tiny holes on the bottom. Figured we would see another Life is Good store to take care of it. No one will help with a defective shirt. Not our problem is basically the response from 2 different stores. Yes, I cut the tag off to wear it. Yes, I wore it for about an hour when I noticed the holes. I believe it should be replaced as defective. Very sad to just receive, ānot our problem.ā I will never buy Life is Good merchandise in the future. After this review I contacted the company directly and received a credit to buy a replacement shirt online. Grateful...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFive stars on the merchandise. I normally donāt wear t-shirts. I have purchased several shirts from Life is Good in different areas. If I was rating the store on how we were treated zero stars. The lady at the register snap rudely for my husband to put the T-shirt back on the hanger. My husband had removed the t-shirt and placed the price tag on top so the barcode was easy accessible. She state she couldn't ring up the item unless it's on the hanger; it's easier for her. Thankfully, we did not let that particular experience spoil our desire to purchase other merchandise else where at two other Life is Good. Whatever problem she had with us, I hope she can have kindness and acceptance to...
