Prior to eating here I believed that Cosmo’s was the only genuinely decent pizza in OBX. I am really happy to see this spot doing well because it is a solid pizza spot with a ton of unique pies, and lots of great toppings for build your own options. Love that they have vegan cheese options and vegan pepperoni. Many beach towns on the east coast lack inf veggie and vegan choices. The pizza was quick, affordable, and the staff was superb. The pizza was cooked nicely (I personally prefer a little longer bake, but it was still good). The dough was just airy enough to be good. The undercarriage had a decent browning to it. The space was super cute. You order at a window. 5 picnic tables and some adirondack chairs outside. you could order in advance via the web and just pick up and eat outside. There was little back yard with cornhole set up. They had some beers and a really nice restroom. Absolutely ad this spot to your Nags Head list. (Remember it is the beach. In prime season it might get super busy, and temporary help might not be on point all the time, you’ll have to get over it if it isn’t perfect on a super busy day).

Easy to access location with outside seating available. Ordered To Go! Reasonably priced. A Milky Way Pizza and an order of Dippers. The pizza was a tad greasy but overall a decent pie. Would have liked more Ricotta cheese provided the limited toppings and mozzarella base. After trying the marinara sauce with the dippers, I would definitely suggest a pie with a pizza sauce base. This sauce was far superior to “American Pies” pizza. Cheese Sticks were better at American Pie however. I’d put both pizza joints on par with each other and they are in relative close proximity.

Pretty good selection of pizza, especially for veg/vegan options, and very tasty. There are a few tables to sit outside and eat, or you can take it home (heads up- no dine in!) We ordered at the window, and they took our name and number to text when it was ready. It was done way faster than they said it would be, but we had time to shoot down the street to the public beach access and sit by the water while we waited. The hand written quote on the pizza box lid was a nice touch. A little pricey if you are looking for a standard pie, but good food and service!

Placed an order on a Tuesday night around 5:45 pm expecting a wait time of an hour for pickup. We used their online ordering through Toast, which was quick and easy, and were pleasantly surprised to see the wait time as only being 25 minutes.

Headed out to pick it up (we opted for pickup in 25 minutes over delivery in about an hour due to our proximity to the restaurant), and got a text message on the way that it was ready. Pickup went quick and easy, though do note that their parking lot is a bit tight to navigate. There is a bit of outdoor seating (no indoor seating) and a pickup window. Very no frills, but nice enough.

Now, to the food. We ordered a cheese, a supreme, and a buffalo chicken (each 16"), along with a family sized house salad. It was a good amount for dinner that night with leftovers for lunch the next day for 3 adults and 3 kids. Do note, however, that the family sized salad is enough for probably four adults to share as sides. Pizzas were perfectly good, though I wouldn't say exceptional. I prefer a slightly darker bake than what they serve, but to each their own.

Overall, good pizza and great,...

Outstanding! Fast and courteous delivery (Sept, off season, please allow for difference in-season). I read a few reviews about the "high" price; I don't know where these folks live but they are darn lucky if they can afford this level of quality for less! I got a pizza, entree sized salad, and appetizer for under $30. We are not talking oxidized iceberg lettuce and measly toppings either. Both the pizza and salad were generously topped and with fresh veggies. My husband had the gluten free crust and raved so much I had to try it - wow. Usually I try his GF pizza crust and turn my nose up at it. This GF crust was so delicious, I stole piece! DISCLAIMER: Since my husband does not have celiac disease, I did not call about their kitchen policies to see if there was a possibility of cross contamination. Having a niece with this disease, I would highly recommend you do so if you suffer from celiac to validate there is no chance of cross contamination. For folks who are just trying to avoid gluten and do not have serious issues processing it,...
