Went in for my first time after having a rough day.. I thought maybe a treat would cheer me up.. well, when I walked in, it looked like no one was even working. Was not even greated or helped. I was in the middle of creating my cup of different flavors of yogurt when I realized I had pulled the wrong lever and I shrieked out, "ahh dang it! I got the wrong one!" I didn't know what to do so yes, I threw it away. When I did, I was yelled at across the store by the person that was now back behind the counter. She said she's going to have me pay for that and that she could have scooped out what I didn't want.. I explained how I just reacted without thinking or knowing what to do but she kept speaking to me like I was stupid and it was degrading.. there was a group of customers in there by now and over all it was an embarrassing interaction.. I left there not even wanting my cup of yogurt anymore.. since I had to pay for 2.. 🙄 im human. Just like everyone else and we make mistakes.. she acted like tossing my 3 oz of yogurt was a war crime. I won't be returning and I will find another yogurt bar...

My biggest complaint is that when we first walked in we were asked to wear gloves, which was no big deal, but when we were seated eating our yogurt I look up and the young lady who had rang us up along with 4 others was walking along the topping stirring them and touching the handles. She was not wearing gloves when accepting cash or cards and she didn't wash her hands before going over and touching all the toppings. If asking customers to wear gloves when making their desert because of germs then i think maybe the employees should at least wash their hands or wear gloves before handling utensils...
Read moreYogurt was tasty. But the fact you can't get one of those tiny sample cups and sample for yourself is the reason I give it 3 stars, and also the reason I will not return to this location. I wanted to try a new flavor so I had to stand there and wait for the cashier to finish his errands around the store before he could walk over and serve the sample cup of the flavor I wanted to try. I am not mad at him, he was busy doing his job. I am angry with the stupid store policy. The only comprehensive reason to have this policy would be to eliminate abuse of the tiny sample cups, but the fact the cashier is feet away with direct line of sight of you makes...
