Here was my experience. I ordered. Everything went good until I realized I left my debit card inside at the same time my child decided to start acting a fool. So I had to end the call and told them I would call back and pay over the phone. So I call back, tell them I'm calling back to pay, (girl abruptly put me on hold without a heads up) they bring up the order, (3 medium pizzas) and then I decided to add on a 2 liter and some sauce cups, and paid over the phone with my card. Everything good? Cool, we're good.
Driver comes, with the wrong receipt so... No 2 liter, no sauce cups, no line to sign. I smile, acknowledge that things like this happen, add a tip anyway, sign the back of the receipt, and say goodbye to the driver. Everything good? Cool, we're good.
So I get to the kitchen and find that all 3 pizzas were undercooked. So I end up calling back for the 3rd time by now. And I only mentioned that 1 of the pizzas were undercooked (2 managed to stay still when you held it meanwhile this 1 was only cooked on the crust, doughey, floppy center with cheese dots and cold ham). Whoever I talked to credited the pizza. Everything good? Meh.
Right after we hang up I remember about the missing 2 liter. SO now for the 4th time I end up having to call back. (this is most likely where they begin to think im "one of those customers") but I'm really not I just wanted to make sure the 2 liter will be credited too.....
This Pizza Hut has an annoying automated answering system. 1 for specials, 2 for placing orders, 3 for.... " concerns " I think it said. So I push 3, then it takes me back to the auto message. So I push 3 again. It takes me back again then SOMEONE answers for a second THEN ENDS THE CALL.
NOW I'm finally mad so I call back YET AGAIN. And it happens... AGAIN.
Hey manager at 12th Ave Nampa Pizza Hut.... Are you aware of your employees unprofessional actions, or were you the one hanging up or telling them to do it?
I'm very...
Read moreI have been in the restaurant business for years so please understand that I do not make complaints because I know mistakes do happen but this was extremely hostile customer service at this location. I went in to get a pizza and the lady had an extreme attitude cuz I had a $100 bill. No problem I went next door for change, understandable. Well she continued w the snooty attitude and I let it be, got home and opened the pizza and it was so over cooked that we had to really chew. There was hardly anything on top the pizza was flat as cardboard. Between my father who lives behind me or when me and kids are on the go we order at this location 1-3 times a week. I decided to call thinking no problem we order there a lot I’m sure they’ll make it right. Boy was I wrong. I told the lady that the pizza was way over cooked. I wish I could post a photo here! Anyhow she was far beyond rude and said no it wasn’t and my dads roommate was in background saying you are wrong it’s clear as day it’s burnt. She still kept up w the attitude so I said listen your being hostile so may I just get corporate number. She said come in bring the pizza right now. I said I just stripped my toddler down to eat pizza so I couldn’t come at this very second. She said your full of it you ain’t getting one unless you come switch it right now. I was like wow I will be reporting you to corporate. This is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. She yelled at me saying we don’t have a corporate so too bad and hung up on me. I was blown away not only by how hostile she was but that she really hung up instead of trying to find a resolve. I was in no way shape or form being disrespectful, I only stated facts that the pizza was ridiculously over cooked. Get out of the customer service business if your going to verbally attack people. You should probably be working from home behind a computer screen not talking to customers at all. Someone lit a match under her bum bum way before I stepped in that...
Read moreI ordered 2 medium pizzas. One with pepperoni and the other purposely without pepperoni because my stomach can not handle it. If I wanted pepperoni on both, I would of ordered one large pizza and saved myself some extra money. (And the stomach upset) I ordered bacon, onion and garlic but instead what I got was BOTH pizzas with pepperoni...so in turn means, no dinner for me. On top of that, they acted like they were SO busy that me coming in was an added stress where I did not feel welcome. I've actually worked a lot of pizza places in the past....I know what busy is and what I witnessed was not all that busy and to be treated like I was a burden as if they dreaded me walking thru the door, messed up my order where I can't eat it and then on top of that...the other pizza that was actually right that my guests wanted....they said was the worst pizza they have ever had. What a waste of my money. I will never order again. I've always loved Pizza Hut and I can't be more disappointed. Try hiring people with experience and stop hiring clueless, non caring teenagers. Your pizza is too...
