Del Taco — Restaurant in Nampa

On 10/2/18 @ 8:50pm I went to the drive thru and ordered 20 value size tacos, when the gal repeats my order she spoke very quickly and I thought I heard her say 25 value tacos. So I tell her no that's only 20 tacos. She then says in a VERY RUDE voice, "Ya that's that I said 20." I parked my car, went inside and asked for the manager. Everyone working last night were pretty young and when I asked for the manager they didn't know who the manager was & when one eventually came to the counter, he asked if I knew who it was. Of course I didn't, I told him it was a gal and she didn't state her name. He did apologize, but the damage was done. I've worked in customer service and you do not treat your customer's that way. I wasn't rude to the gal that took my order but she was plenty rude to me. If this is the way you want your employees to treat your customers, I will not go to your store and I will make it aware to those that I know to not purchase your food either. Went in the drive threw and was 4th car back. It took 25 minutes to get to window and get food. I get home and halfe the order is missing. I called right away to inform the. Talked to someone that was very nice and i explained what happened. She said come on in and they would replace the order on next visit. I was ok with that because i was not going back wasting time both ways again. Went back 2 days later and they remembered what happened after i talked to them. Then another manager aske what was missing. I told her that i was told the entire order would be replaced because of the mess up. They did not honor that. So i told her what was missing and i ordered more food i was paying for and they still shorted on my original order and the one i ordered with it. I figure that is the last time i go since they wont honor their word and keep messing up. The set up is not WHEELCHAIR friendly inside. To all my disabled people, not recomended as a user friendly...

I really really enjoy this Del Taco! I really recommend to eat in so you can have your food fresh to eat there. I love the baskets full of sauces on the table, and guess what? Hardly anyone dines in so its not crowded. I been inside more than 8 times, and seriously only 1 or 2 other customers are there to dine in, or no one at all. So if you like a non-crowded place to eat fast food Mexican at, this is the place! A lot of the employees are very nice, and one is kind of hilarious. Got to enjoy those fun employees at work, because they make everyone's day. I hope you have a good experience here if you dine here for the first time. I love all of their chicken related meals. The burrito, or tacos. They are pretty good to me. I can't tell you what the beef stuff taste like because I never ordered them yet. So good luck if you are going to dine in for the first time.
