Subway — Restaurant in Nampa

I ordered from their app and when I went to pick it up, they said they never got the order and walked away....I had to call her back over and showed her the order number and it was obviously in the system because it sent me an email confirmation and it was already charged to my credit card...then she wanted to know if I still wanted it, ummm of course, that's why I ordered it and came to pick it up...either make what I ordered or refund my money and I'll go somewhere else....then she asked if I was going to wait in line or try to cut everyone else....I ordered it a half hour ago, I'm not cutting, it should've been done already that's the point of ordering online...then she finally went ahead and made it and just set it down and went on to someone else so I had to wait for the other employee to...

After waiting in line for ten minutes I decided to walk out. Why? Because I still had yet to order while there were only three others in front of me. One girl was working so so hard, kudos to her, while the other two just sat there. Now, one guy was new...and I get it's hard and stressful, I'll give it to him. The other guy literally just stood there and when he did finally ask what that person in front of me wanted the couple had to ask him to change his gloves because he'd been touching everything with them. I finally said, girl why are you doing all the work and she just laughed it off then said well he's new. The other guy got mad and loudly talked about how he was "SO DONE" and could go get a job at Wal-Mart and it wouldn't be this stressful. ...

Is it really that hard to find employees that have an IQ higher than that of a barely functioning imbecile? First off, the woman working the first part of the sandwich board got offended when I asked her to put on fresh gloves. I only asked because she was touching everything but food. Then, the guy working the second part of the board, same thing, except he was gracious about it. However, he put all the vegis on the opposite side of the meat n the dressing on the meat. This causes ALL THE VEGIS TO FALL OUT WHILE EATING BECAUSE NOTHING IS KEEPING IT IN PLACE. Oh yeah, he didn't cut it in half, I had to do that. Oh yeah, they were stingy on the toppings. Do yourself a favor and go a mile down 12th to the other Subway near...
