I want to share my recent experience. When I arrived, I saw a long line of cars and three others arriving at the same time as me. Instead of waiting in the drive-thru, I decided to go inside and order a simple flavored latte. I was told I would be “put in line,” but I didn’t realize at the time that this meant all in-store customers were waiting excessively while drive-thru orders were prioritized.- so make a note only go through drive through, they don’t want you in the store.- It wasn’t until another customer complained that the staff even started making our drinks. Meanwhile, cars that arrived after me were already served and gone. One customer inside ordered a basic Americano and waited over 15 minutes. Another customer even timed their wait, confirming delays beyond 10 minutes.
However, the worst part of my experience was the quality of my latte. It tasted like hot water with a faint sweetness—completely undrinkable. It seemed as though the same used grounds were being recycled for multiple drinks. Even after letting it cool and trying again, the taste was still awful. When I arrived at my appointment and mentioned stopping for coffee, the people there immediately knew where I had gone without me saying it. They shared that they, too, had terrible experiences. Prioritizing drive-thru orders at the expense of in-store customers, is a shame and you should never come out and say that to customers waiting, like you were shaming us for coming in the store....
Read moreFor years I have been going to dutch bros but then I started going to moxie Java and this specific location, but for the last month I have been pretty disappointed because I have gone in there and the employees have been really rude and not very nice, between giving the wrong coffee, not filling them all the way up, and telling me that in a mocha you don't put coffee in it which is incorrect, because I went in to get a Butterfinger Mocha and the girl had made it and I asked her if she put coffee in it and she told me no, she said only if you ask for coffee in it which is wrong. She should know what to put in a mocha. At one point I went in there about 15 minutes to close and she had a very bad attitude towards me because I came in before then and made the italian soda wrong so I had gone back in and all she said was oh and put half of what we already had in the old cup into a new cup with some more flavoring, I am not very happy with this place, it makes me not want to go into there anymore because the attitudes and not making the drinks right and back talking to there guest whom they should be treating right which they aren't.
