The Nampa location stays open just because of service from people like Joe! If it wasn't for Joe I wouldn't be back.I've been a customer for years, especially in Boise, Great customer service! I don't feel like most people here care about customer service, Joe does. I told the manager on duty today June 13th how great Joe was and she said "yeah he's great" there was no Thanking him for doing a great job and caring for the customers. I could tell she wasn't really into my compliment, maybe because it wasn't her getting it. The other day my order was messed up and if it wasn't for Joe I wouldn't be back. I called and told them my order was messed up and the girl on the phone said they would refund me, it sounded like just to get me off the phone and of course I never got a refund for my large Acai bowl I didn't get plus it wasn't what I ordered. I hope a person that is above everyone in this store sees this and gives Joe a raise and teach the rest what customer service is. Thanks

The last time I went we placed an order online. Arrived 5 mins after the pick up time to only wait 20mins more. Meanwhile all the workers behind the counter looking like they were slowly moving around with closing duties. Clearly their focus was closing and getting out of there rather than tending to customers. I was the only one in the drive thru also. Very disappointing. Clearly some coaching on leadership and customer service is needed based upon my review and the others. Even more disappointing with the generic responses on all the reviews. Do better...

I overheard her telling some of her co-workers about inappropriate things that clearly made them uncomfortable. She was making fun of her co-workers and was encouraging other employees to do the same. When she tried to āmanageā and āhelpā her co-workers she was not wearing any gloves, did not have any hat or apron on from the company, and I never saw her wash her hands.
