This place is the best! We needed a new dryer and we needed it right away. After looking online at different places and seeing that many of the models we were considering would not be shipped or available for more than a month - I have four children living at home, no way could we go a month without a dryer! - and were simply out of our price range we headed to Express Appliance. I had given up hopes of getting one of the nicer dryers and began looking at very basic models. However, I was able to get an awesome extra-large capacity (did I mention the 4 kids?!) dryer for several hundred dollars less than anywhere else - bringing the price right into our budget. Yes, there was a dent on the side, but seriously who will ever notice that? And honestly, who goes in your laundry room outside of those who see you first thing in the morning with all your own personal dings and dents! Tim was amazing! There was a black smudge on the front of the (white) dryer and I asked him if he thought I could paint over that (I wasn't too concerned about it, but just in case I wanted to make it look perfect) and he offered to do that for me before we left! He helped my hubby load it into the back of our minivan (4 kids, remember...) and we had it home and running before the next load of laundry was ready to be switched (4 kids, remember... laundry is an everyday event in this house) and I love it. It works perfectly and even if there is a problem I have faith that they will stand by their word to help me get it fixed, but I do not see...
Read moreI purchased a brand new Frigidaire French door stainless steel fridge from the Nampa store. The salesman was wonderful and very helpful and had a great experience. The fridge was at the Boise store and was being delivered from there. This was not a pleasant experience. I was given a four hour window 8-12. At 12:15 I called the Nampa store and was told it should be there soon. At 1:30 I called again and the guy said he would call the Boise store to see what was going on. At 2:30 I called again and the Nampa guy told me the Boise guy was supposed to call me. He then finally called me at about 3. He told me that the ice maker did not show up that was overnighted, so it would not be delivered. I asked why I was just being told this, he said he thought someone else had talked to me about it. I asked him to give me a call back by the end of the day with an update. He later called me back and said that he had my order mixed up with another and said they would deliver it the next day. Which they did and on time. Nothing has been offered to make it right. I do really like the fridge so far. He also decided to twist the conversations and ask me if I was “okay” he thought he could insult me for being upset that he has no regard for our veterans or paying customers. I was explaining to him that it’s unprofessional to behave certain ways when dealing with customers and he interrupted me and said “ are you okay?, is this the same Jess I was talking to yesterday, it’s like a different personality” he then refused to give me a number to reach someone else to make a complaint. I had to call another store. They immediately assisted me and they were wonderful. Stay away from Brett and the Nampa location.
