Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Nampa

This review deserves a zero, but unfortunately one star is the lowest rating available. We entered the drive through line at approximately 2236, we waited in line until we finally got up to the window at exactly 2256. Nobody asked us for our order. I stepped out of my vehicle and stood in front of the drive-through speaker. I asked twice if the staff member could take our order. Nobody answered me. So I stepped back into my vehicle. About 1 minute later when the clock hit 2300, the staff member came over the speaker and said "we're closed, it's 2300, I'm not taking your order". I asked the staff member why he did not take my order 4 minutes earlier when I asked him twice. He replied "I just got notified that you were there, I'm done talking to you and I'm not taking your order". Then he disconnected. This was our first bad experience here at our local store location. The staff member was extremely unprofessional and condescending towards me. This review needed to happen. The line was wrapped all the way around the building and there were about 10 cars waiting. We were one of three cars turned away. Despite making it to the order window in time.

I don’t know who was working the night of Saturday 3/1/25 but I think it’s time to look for another job because you are clearly not able to deal with customers, the woman I talked to on the phone was incredibly rude!!!!!! I was trying to do an online order and noticed the option for hand packed quarts wasn’t available. I decided to call the store around 9:00 pm, the phone rang 4 times and then was picked up and hung up. I called back this time to phone rang twice and again pick up and hang up. Called back one final time, it rang 3 times and then picked up but this time instead of hang up I was yelled at “WHAT” before I could even speak a word!! I started to kindly ask if they still offered hand packed pints as the online ordering didn’t offer it, she yelled back “Yes”, I apologized for asking a question and she began to in a very angry tone to tell me that people have been calling nonstop and then hung up on me, I just sat there stunned, needless to say we are driving all the way to Caldwell to get an order from them. Honestly this was such terrible customer service experience that I will not be coming back to this location...

If I could give zero stars I would! Went in for an ice cream cake, a few other people walked in at the same time. We grabbed our cake and went to pay. One lady said she would be right with us and a second came from the back put stuff in the freezer then walked over to help the other girl out with the people getting cones and what not while we stood at the counter waiting to pay. One lady walked over and I informed her we only needed to pay and she said we had to wait. She got done scoping and walked over telling us we had to move over so she can take care of the other people. At this point we were frustrated, she finished with the other people then looked at us and said she will not be serving us and asked us to leave that we were not welcome to buy the cake we were trying to buy due to us being rude. At no point were we rude only frustrated after being told we had to wait for them to help the people wanting scoops of ice cream.
