Workers have never been overly friendly or fast at this Dutch but I was desperate so I went here about a month ago because I really wanted a Dutch and it was the only one on the way where I was going. I waited awhile for someone to come over to my car to take my order because there were two Dutch employees chatting it up with the girl in the car in front of me. I guess they knew her which I've seen this at other Dutch bros. It's usually an off shift employee coming through the line. I don't mind that part. I know how that is. Someone else eventually came over, took my order, unfriendly. There was only the one car with the group of girls chatting and one at the window in front of me. The car at the window got their order and left. The chatty group kept on talking while I was waiting and there were 3 cars behind me. I waited patiently and got a little fed up because it was excessive. I slightly beeped my horn in a "hey" sort of way. No movement or acknowledgement. They didn't even look up. Just kept chatting. I waited a little longer then I beeped my horn louder, still nothing. I couldn't go around to park and ask for my money and tip money back. I got tired of being ignored and laid on the horn. They finally got the point. I rolled down the window and said I want my money back. One of the chatty girls, as she was going inside, had the nerve to laugh at me like I was the one being out of line. Just then they tried to walk out with my melted drink. I said I didn't want it and wanted all my money back. Someone else came out and actually apologized and refunded my money but I had to ask for a receipt as proof that it was actually refunded. When I was finally able to pull around the car with the girl that was chatty(element with dent in back) I looked over and she was laughing. The guy at the window was giving me a dirty look. This whole thing was completely unacceptable. I've never had this happen at a Dutch or been treated like this. I understand seeing a Co-worker and having a quick, little than longer chat but this was excessive!!! Rude and then to be laughed at because I was fed up with their little girl antics? No thank you. I'll never be back here. Worst Dutch bros franchise ever! If you want to chat for THAT LONG, get out of your car and walk up. Read moreMy review is based solely on the customer service I received today. Let me preface this by saying that we are regulars. My husband and I are there everyday in the afternoon. Last night my daughter-in-law brought me home my drink. She went through right around closing time. I took a drink when she got home and it was not right and not good. I put it in my fridge and figured I would take it in the morning when I took my son to therapy and get it replaced. When I showed up this morning I explained to the runner the situation and she said because I didn't come back last night that she didn't think it could be replaced but she would ask. Within seconds another person came out and told me that because I didn't come back last night that it couldn't be replaced. I explained that my daughter-in-law came about 10 minutes before they closed and by the time she got home they were closed. I asked in this situation how was I supposed to bring it back same day? They just shrugged their shoulders and said I'm sorry it's policy. My drink literally had less than one sip taken out of it and when you pay $7 a drink it should be right.. I have been coming to this location for at least 4 years and I'm just really disappointed and hurt honestly by the way I was treated today. We will not be back and that may seem petty based on one experience, but it's the principal. Starbucks has a really good fall menu too.. Read moreI have been going to dutch for years and their coffee has always been great! However, this location specifically has been very disappointing in the last few months with the customer service. I understand it gets busy especially in the mornings due to the fact that most people stop by to get their drink before work. It is so incredibly frustrating when the employees talk for over 5-10 minutes per car, holding up the line! Now I get being friendly and giving customers a good experience, however, it's not fair for other customers to wait longer because they're having a entire life long story conversation to every car. You're okay to be nice like I said, but the constant chatting need to stop so you can get through your line quicker! The other day, i was only the 2nd car in line and it took well over 10 minutes to get the car in front of me out due to 3 employees talking to that one car, while a line is forming!! Out of those 3 employees no one took the iPad and started taking orders until much longer, definitely not ok and not good for business. That's not fair or considerate to other customers. Definitely something that needs to be worked on. Lastly, I've noticed too, when I order my drink 9/10 it's made correctly, however, lately I've noticed the employees will talk over me and not hear me entirely and end up making my drink wrong.. (maybe the music needs to be turned down as well) please listen to your customer and read it back to them that way you don't mess up the order due to you interrupting someone when they're...
