I came into this store with a custom ring design idea, and the crusty old hag behind the counter acted as if she could not be bothered with entertaining a lowly prole. I had to quickly pull out my phone to check my GPS. I was in fact still in Naperville, but she seemed to think her store was in Beverly Hills. Her condescending and vague responses made it painfully obvious that my potential business was not a concern. This woman was the type of detestable individual that Hannibal Lecter would cannibalize in the name of performing a public service.

I met the owner of the store when my mother and I came in to look at engagement rings. She was incredibly off putting and rude.
